I know on paper it looks like a huge talent mismatch but I believe the rising Stars are going to play very hard tonight. And the one thing that you look for in these All-Star games is who's motivated and going to play hard. The rising stars have a lot to prove in this game and could really use some of the prize money as well...

3. Kenny Young Stars+3.5
This is the first game of the night and I believe it could go either way. I actually like the young talent Kenny Smith has on his team. A lot of guys with a chip on their shoulder wanting to prove They're truly All-Star caliber level. And like I said in these All-Star games, I'm always looking for the motivated team.
Charles Barkley teams normally win and cover in these games. If you go back and look at Team Chuck in the past he was killing Team Shaq in these games, but this time it's a lot of international players who are well known they're popular. They play heavy minutes in the regular season and have lots of wear on their bodies... There's not a lot for them to really prove in a game like this, so I like the young Stars.
Final score 40-37. Young Stars win outright.
