Bucks/Knicks over 214.5

Bucks is short for BUCKETS. They have been on an over trend in recent games and will continue the run against a defenseless Knicks. Only concern is the Knicks and Melo not showing up but Porzingis is back this game and will be able to add to the score. Something that was lacking in their blowout loss to the Magic. Also, Delly is still out so that helps out Brandon Jennings and the Knicks 2nd string.

Key Stats:

The Bucks are the most reliant team in the NBA on points in the paint with their 50.9 PITP per game making up 48.5% of their scoring. This will be a huge advantage for them against the Knicks who allow 45.3 points per game in the paint (9th worst in NBA). The Bucks are 9-2 against the Association's 10 worst paint defenses.

The Knicks score 19.6% of their points from mid-range which places them 3rd in the NBA in terms of reliance but Milwaukee is the third best defense against this shot, allowing opponents to shoot just 36%.

The Knicks have been eaters of the bottom this year, but have struggled against good basketball teams, accumulating a 3-12 record against teams above .500.

The Bucks are simply too athletic and should be able to beat the struggling Knicks. That being said I will be playing Bucks -2.5  as and Antetokounmpo Over 24.5 pts.

none Joel, I actually contacted mods and we got the ok.. also the ok to give winner(s) $ if that angle arises, a few people wanted to donate $10 to an online banking account of some type and depending on total raised divvy it all among the top dogs but that fizzled as time went by

Chicago +6  The status of Cleveland's big three are still a question mark.  Just a calculated risk.  I wouldn't be surprised if any of them plays.

These are 2 teams going in the opposite direction right now. Greek freak and the Bucks have looked pretty good these last couple games and with no Kristaps I don't really see Giannis slowing down tonight. It seems a bit too easy and that along with the Knicks playing better in the Garden have me a little worried about this play. Unless Melo goes berserk I see a 7-10 point Bucks win.

Thanks Straight for answering my question, I Liked my play when it was booked earlier as a dog but now after reading veteran covers contributor Rleith 35 the master at providing us with some heavy duty stats daily with a stat today that has Memphis as a favorite being 15-0-1 after a loss I like this play even better. Let's roll this one out together straight....Go Grizzlies!
