Easy game tomorrow.  Play l.a. Clippers to crush det. In a revenge game. Clippers by 14 in a easy blow.out win....   5 star.play.  Wrong team favored again in an attempt.to even the $$$  on both sides..  Take l.a. And cash in early this one is over at halftime..

Simple solution is how bout instead complain start picking own plays. Lc is nice enough to post his picks for free and detailed write ups people jump on then after game say how terrible heat are and bad bet instead of before game. Then try to give advice on how to bet when he still clearly up a lot of units

Gotta love all those after game red flags and analysis... Heat should be +9?!? If OKC had won by 40 should Heat been +16?? Bit too much results oriented?

And because a bet lost doesn't mean it was bad or a mistake

Bro at the end of december you claimed Utah would lose nearly no game in january and you were right! They went 12-4 and held the spread 8 or 9 of those 12 times, i hit their games while being careful with spots on an close to 75% rate, just wanted to say thank you because if people truly follow you they can learn a whole lot. Also Charlotte bro, i thought that team sucked but your trust in them made me reconsider many times!

Ninja my reply had nothing to do with LC, I just don't get this results-oriented logic...

If I throw a biased 55-45 coin and choose always the 55% side, will still have on average 55W-45L but would have been "correct" 100%, not "wrong" those 45 times...

Oh okay my bad misinterpreted. 

It's not purely result oriented logic, I had Okc pegged as a great play before the game. What business does Miami have only receiving a handful of points against a very superior team who is in top shape lately? 

1) Miami seems to actually be worse as a home team, going against conventional logic
2) They're easily outclassed
3) They're in bad form recently and have been poor ATS
4) Up against a team who is on a great winning streak and showing their best form recently
5) The linesmakers are going to only give them +4 in this situation? I'll jump all over that every day lol

Looking at it from this perspective it's very obvious who the correct play is. Okc -4

Ninja....just a few words of advice for you....slow down.....you are about to become the new "hindsight know it all king" on covers and covers has enough of those. Don't be that guy....everyone is 100% after the final buzzer. Time to rebrand yourself. This Ninja is one no one likes.

No, stop with this hindsight crap. I'm only trying to help because I'm not sure if he realizes why it went wrong and he has been on a tough streak. Hoping something sticks and we right the ship. Everyone takes it the wrong way. 

The best way to improve is evaluate every single pick, why was it wrong? That's what I always do with myself. Here's an important thing a lot of people don't seem to understand: whenever a team loses ATS by a large margin it's never a fluke, you just have to figure out the reason why and keep that in mind next time.

I would never post just to say I told you so. That's super lame. I would appreciate receiving this kind of feedback if I were in LC's shoes!!!

In NFL he was right about NE +3, I was wrong about KC -3. He did a great job there and I gave him a lot of credit. Here I'm just pointing out things that are important to be aware of. No hostility at all.

Ninja I don't doubt your intentions, meaningful arguments and discussion is what I seek for... so I completely disagree with the above, there are countless examples where a large margin win even a posteriori can't be considered as the more probable result... Jan-06 okc lost by 18 at home v wizards, they laid an egg as there was a good chance they could lay an egg last night. How big a chance? Debatable. Should Wiz have been a 10pt fav @okc? Probably o. Should OKC have been a 9pt fav @heat, Proably no.

Okay I really meant the vast majority of the time, thanks for pointing that out. It's a good rule of thumb to go by. Usually it's obvious when it doesn't hold true so it's not a problem.

As I said, slow down....nobody likes the Monday Morning capper who is always 100%.
