A
week ago Buddy Hield guaranteed the Kings would make the playoffs – then they lost to the Wizards on Monday. With 2 days off after that game, Sacramento went
into last night’s game with a must-win mindset; knowing they were 4.5 games
behind the Clippers for the 8th seed with just 14 games to play.
Kings had to win last night, and they came out and shot 70% in the first
quarter, there best of the entire season. They led by 17 in the first half
in a game they obviously were all-in for, but Boston was too strong in the 2nd half and escaped with a victory.
Although Sacramento says they still have hope
for the playoffs publicly, mentally I think they knew last night’s game was a
must have to stay in the race. Now heading to Philadelphia 5 games back of the Clippers with 13 games left, I see a very demoralized
group that knows there playoff chances ended last night. I expect the Kings to
get run out the building tonight.
76ers -9 -102 (3.5x)
NBA YTD: 123-107 ATS +49.92 Units
Wanted to play Detroit as well, but the line has ballooned from -8 to -11.5 already, so i'll pass on them.

I hope we're not chasing the Sixers from Tuesday's lackluster performance against the Cavs but then I remember you said you look at each game individually...
Let's get it LC
Sixers by 15-20+ please!

In regards to Detroit, I was thinking the Lakers might play hard for Reggie Bullock (first time returning to DET since he got traded) but if Lebron is out then all bets are off. Lakers will probably get blown out tonight.

They don't have the bodies though. Plus the Pistons play very well at home while the spot the Lakers are in tonight is god awful:
SU:
46-216 (-9.97, 17.6%)
ATS:
87-168-7 (-3.72, 34.1%)
including since 2017:
SU:
0-26 (-15.15, 0.0%)
ATS:
6-20-0 (-8.21, 23.1%
I wish I got the line in at the opener

Not a huge difference between Philly -4.5 and Philly -9 so we could lose two plays on Philly in that sense. I like teasing certain numbers like +4.5 or -5.5 / -6.5 to get the line to +10 or down to a PK.
-9 ain't a great number to tease

Had Sixers -9.5 bought out of the bet at halftime betting Kings +5.5 2h. Pushed and juiced out. I don’t think very highly of these Sixers. With all this talent they do the bare minimum to get the win. Onto the next!
