Hack a shaq was so thoughtful……
Miss that type of stuff.
Shaq being a dominant, unstoppable force that teams tried to stop was must TV. Watching guys whose names I don’t know, will never know, or care to know get hot for one game from the 3 and swing the outcome of a game is not entertaining, to me. As Draymond called it: it’s accidental basketball!

The actual ratings may be down But that's not because the NBA is not good. It's because people are busier now than ever before. There's more stuff to do. There's more television channels than ever before. There's more sports today than ever before. There's cornhole on television there frisbee on television. There's e video games on television. There's volleyball. There's tons of other sports on television for people to watch. There's tons of other things that people can get involved in. There's tons of extracurricular adult sports and clubs and things that people's kids are involved in their social media. There's so many so much stuff out there nowadays compare to the '80s and the '90s. That's why the ratings are down. It's not because the product is horrible ... I forgot to mention sports investing has risen out the roof since the '80s and the '90s so a lot of people look at it as a means for investment. They don't even watch a lot of games and the NBA is not the only sport I've met quite a few people who don't even look at sports. They just invest in sports.
They just struck another huge multi-billion dollar deal. The NBA is actually very exciting.
If you understand the game that's being played, I actually played basketball. I've actually coached the sport. I understand the evolution of the game so a lot of people are still stuck in the '80s and '90s and they don't understand a lot of those Forwards and centers back then wouldn't even make a team nowadays cuz they can't guard the perimeter..
You have Power Forward and centers that can dribble the ball like a point guard shoot threes what you're talking about back in the day that people like that physical physicality Final scores 84-79 game was grueling and the bad boys Pistons knocking people over in the paint. Dude. A lot of those players back then wouldn't even make NBA rosters today cuz they can't defend the perimeter they can't shoot. They would get exploited in today's game. The game has super evolved. It's way more complex defensively there's way more assistant coaches. There's way more complex defensive schemes. You can run zone now. A lot of defenses that you run today. You couldn't even run those defenses back in the day was due to illegal defense. Please. We could probably go back and forth and have a huge debating conversation for days on this, but we're probably going to agree to disagree. I watched Jordan in the '90s. I've watched Jordan play the Detroit Pistons. I saw basketball back then. I watched it. I seen Shaq, Kobe..I've seen the Era's that you were talking about but I'm just going to have to disagree with you on this one man. Some of the executives disagree with you as well. I still see arenas sold out...
But yes NFL is King and is number #1...
I wish you the best of success in sports investing today.

@Puerta2Puerta
Why is it an atrocious product to watch???
Do you have any solutions or are you just complaining about something you know nothing about.
