Grand cayman I would suggest going to a nice restaurant (lazy lizard ) ganging out. Ocho rios do the Dunn river falls and enjoy a nice drum pan chicken after.

What's up brotha been a minute but I had to respond....
I live in south fl. So if you come a few days early you can hit up the hard rock, they have a poker series goin on from dec 26th-30th if your interested goto hard rock Hollywood (Seminole).
Cruises are the best way to go for sure. Don't have to worry about food, lodging, or a car rental. Don't go crazy in their casinos tho they deffinatly stack the deck.... :)
Just went to ocho rios few weeks ago. I did the water tube/zip line combo deal was cool wifey loved it. Don't know if your a burner but the bob marley (ganja tour) was my Disney world. It is on the expensive side tho. Just like Disney...
Grand cayman doesn't have a lot except the beaches but that's what it's all about... Atlantis is pretty cool if you feel the desire to get yo gamble on.
Cozumel was more beaches and the market. At the market I got a badass hand carved chess set for 10 bucks (bartering a must) saw a similar one here in fl for 400. Went to the beach where they shot the corona commercials.
Your coming in probably the colder part of the tropics season but will still be amazing....

Puck been to all three ports. I liked Cozumel the best, we rented scooters and went everywhere on the island. There's a señor frogs at the port and down the road is a bob marley bar that's laid back. Also like the over in Memphis game gl
