&#xA;Lolol, so you got Orlando knocking off Cleveland and facing Indians in the semifinals &#xA;Aha, that would be a shocker for sure, but not as shocking as 2009 Eastern conference finals where Orlando knocked off the heavily favored Cavs and LeBron James&#xA;I remember the referees did everything they could to make LeBron vs Kobe in the finals, but Orlando would have none of it.  Rashad Lewis, Hedo Torkuglu, Rafer Alston, they were unconscious from 3 and even the referees couldn&#x27;t prevent Orlando from knocking off Cleveland in 6.
