 Wow no PRA?? What books you guys using? Also it depends on what the points line is, but likely if it's equivalent most times if PRA goes under so should pts. But again idk what pts line you're looking at.

 I use bookmaker and My Bookie.  The total pts for Kuminga is 18.5. ?

Okay mybookie uses prop builder which I also use when you see me write "PB"

Also 18.5 is not equivalent to 28.5, that is bumped to the 27.5 line. 19.5 would be equivalent to 28.5. Either way I think u18.5 is still a decent play but not quite as good as 28.5, but your odds should reflect that, -114 I suppose?

Pass for me, I almost never play bumps. 

So many hooks in NBA, especially Pts/PRA so 1.0 makes a difference. And if he goes under 16.5 in general then you save yourself the loss.
