twolves could have controlled that situation so no matter what the pacers had to foul them. instead they are down 1 with 30 seconds to go.
up 5 with 1 minute go. foul put them on the line. 3 point game, you have the ball. come down, shoot a 3 with 1 second on the shot clock, just at least hit the rim, rebound comes down and we're at about 33 seconds left. defend the 3 point line no matter what, give up a layup if need be or foul. prob about 8 seconds goes off the clock. you have the ball up 1 with 25 seconds left and you are in free throw battle with the lead. instead they come down let up a 3 pointer in 5 seconds and then ant shoots a 2 pt jump shot with 10 seconds left on the shot clock and the pacers come back down and take the advantage for themselves. unreal to see some of these teams give up 8 10 12 point leads in the final 2- minutes bc the coach would rather 'draw up a play" or remind the pros to "play defense" than just manage the game.

Players also need to execute. Nick Nurse for the 6ers did the right thing fouling up 3 with 6 secs left something seems most coaches no longer do anymore but 76ers couldn't hit there free throws which is why I think coaches no longer foul in those situations
