@smartbets
I’m talking about LordS.
Is he 0-4 or 4-0
I only bet NBA totals because of the come backs, etc. and sides are a toss up at times. I limit my NBA betting to 1 game a day or 3 per week. Invest in the game that will bring you money.

I tend to stay away from the NBA until I find an angle I like mid season to late season.. but it gets harder to bet this league on any given night. Even the player props get tight..
I believe that when LeBron and curry finally retire the league will transition and hopefully for the better.
i also believe Adam silver needs to resign in order for the nba to turn a new leaf.

I bet on the NBA for many years because I played 4 years of college basketball (In Europe at an amateur level). We trained 3 times a week for 4 years. College basketball in Europe is not like College basketball in the USA, to be clear! Then I was fascinated by the Chicago Bulls basketball of 1993-94-95-96, it was late at night in Europe and I was waiting for the Bulls game.

You are absolutely right and that is why the bookies have so much money and have so many advertisements everywhere and sponsor sports teams with a lot of money. They are based on one thing: us, as human beings want to have more and more and more. It happened to me and it happened to me a few times in the beginning when I was betting when I started with a bank of 1000 euros, after 3 weeks I tripled the bank everything was going well and it seemed like after I tripled or even made the bank bigger than 4 times the blackout came. The bets were placed logically as before but a series of 5-6 tickets came and practically what I won in 2-3 weeks was gone in one day. These series were constantly repeated until I said that when I get to make the bank 3 times or 4 times I stop and take a little break or bet 1 euro stake instead of 300 euros. And it usually worked. There were times when I couldn't resist and I lost the money I won again. But this time less often. I was basically left with some money to have a free vacation. I once tried to bet the OPPOSITE of what I normally wanted to bet and it worked somewhat. The idea is that when you have a good streak, you know how to stop and take a break. But this is very difficult for most of us. Because we are rational beings and we want as much as possible. More and more. This is what the bookmakers are based on and on our emotion when we lose and we want to RECOVER at least the previous stake without winning anything.

NBA betting sucks because it's a toss up on A) how the refs are going to call the game and B) whether the teams are going to try.
Refs in particular have huge sway on O/U in the NBA.

Agree 100% on what you say, in the long run gamblers 100% give back triple of what we win. Once you win big, is just the feeling you wanted more and more. If we can control how to stop and keep the winning money's there will be no sport bookie. My acct would be up 3-6K on Tuesday by Sunday it would be -3-6K is not about the winning anymore is the drill we placed a bet and watch the game. There more things to do life find a new hobby..Good Luck in life everyone..

In fact, successful sports wagering is one of the most difficult occupations in Life.
Not at all suited for the faint hearted.
