New Top Ten System

Trying out a new system called "Top Ten".

It compares all the players on each team with at least 10 games played and analyzes their individual PPG, RPG, SPG and BPG, in regard to whether the team is home or away.  

Of course, injuries are taken into account.

Also, Pace (possessions per game) and PPP (Points Per Possession) are key factors.

Today I analyzed the Magic @ Toronto game.


Top Ten says:

Orlando 93 Raptors 89
 

Raptors +6.5 (1.1u to win 1u)
Under 186 (1.1u to win 1u)

I have not ... this was the first trial ... 

It's a live test so it changes everyday with every game played... and is a lot of work unfortunately.

But hey...

Parlay of Both  (+2.9u)

+4.9u on the day

I loved the play!!! i followed you on the parlay and it came through...if you wouldn't mind i would like to know how to calculate all these things you wouldn't have to explain all the math behind it i know how to do things like avg and such id just like to know the formula you use and where you got your information from. bet yea anyways thanks for the tip

Patience - I want to let it ride for a bit to see how it works... no system is 100% ... well see when it loses so I can tweek it effectively.

I have a mathematical system which uses pace, offensive efficiency, and defensive efficiency (splits for home and away). Had tonight's score at 90-89 Magic.

would you mind posting your mathematical system on here? or could you pm it to me I'm very curious as to how you get score predictions i would like to learn to do that

thanks for the info!! been looking forward to this post all night. I just realized that your systems point prediction was seriously on the money only off by 1 point on each side....RIDICULOUS!!!

Wbonney can you tell us what your systems record is so far even though you haven't posted them all?  How long have you been trying it, and what has the success rate been like. 

One thing I can say is that it is INCREDIBLE that you guessed a game within 1 point of each teams total!!!  I know that was probably one of the best you have had but still... Im excited to see whats coming and will more than likely be tailing your picks for a bit.  Thanks or your hard work.
