Newbie... how far into season can bet win totals?

Is it before start of season or like a few weeks into it does they change the win totals on a weekly basis? Is it once at beginning than mid-season? Or just the start?

Once the season starts it'll be tough to find numbers for season wins, not impossible but very tough.  At the all start break a ton of spots will have revised numbers
