10 % weight gain (of added muscle) cant be deemed unnatural in and of itself. Eating right and excersize could easily yield those results.

He might be juicing... we dont know; but that physical gain (as a %) is not astounding.

I'm 160 lb.... if I put on 30-40 lb's of muscle it would warrant suspicion.

Definitely NOT a justifiable assumption that he's juiced...

...altho he does shoot that 3 from just inside halfcourt with ease.

KG hasn't really bulked up any since he's gotten in the NBA.

Lebron has not added 40 pounds of muscle since he's gotten into the league. He came in at around 240 as a rookie. He's right around 260 now. Math states that's a 20 pound gain, which is not unusual for someone of his size that hasn't even reached physical maturity yet. He's been in the league 6 years, so 6 years divided by 20 pounds gives us a whopping 3.3 lbs a year average gain. Definitley sounds like steroid use. lol

I arrived at my first college football fall camp as a 18 year old, 6 foot, 170 pound safety.  By spring ball of that next year, I checked in at 191 pounds. And I arrived at fall camp the next year at 6'2, 204 lbs. That's a 34 lb weight gain in three years. That's steroids too right? Because I put on more weight than Lebron has in less time, and that's apparently impossible naturally.

I guess Dwight Howard is on them too. He's went from 240 to 270 in a few years.

Josh Smith who is built just like Lebron, is on them too right.

What about Ron Artest who went from 250 to 285 in two seasons a few years back?

Your right. It's probably the creatine.    Why is it so hard to believe in a league that has no steroid policy that he couldn't be using.

Did your head get 10 size's bigger like bonds ?

Lebron has not added 40 pounds of muscle since he's gotten into the league. He came in at around 240 as a rookie. He's right around 260 now. Math states that's a 20 pound gain, which is not unusual for someone of his size that hasn't even reached physical maturity yet. Nope. I can still (barely) fit the same hats I wore at 18.

    Barry Bonds is/was obviously juicing.

Point being is that an athlete putting on weight can be done naturally, and without juice.

Lebron was a genetic freak at 17-18 years old when he was a 6-8, 240 lb freight train. You act like him simply filling out and maturing and putting on 20 lbs in 6 years is impossible natrually.

    WOW.

So if anyone is successful and becomes the MAN they must be juicing.

Was Michael Jordan juicing...he looked better and was better than the players playing in his era.

Is Tiger Woods juicing....he looks like he has a better build and he was skinny when he was in college winning titles after titles after titles.

So now, we are all witnesses to a doper becasue the allegation is made or question is raised rather than having some proof.

Someone can alleged than any guy on here inappropruiately touched a female....the allegation gentlemen (and ladies) is powerful...and we should not go there unless you have proof or know it to be true.

The LBJ haters now (if they were not already doing so) will now just spread speculation...well you know he is a doper.

In my opinion, we are all witnesses to a hybrid of someone with MJ's athleticism that has been sharing the ball since High School as his HS coach touch him then the importance of your team-mates.  PERIOD.

I think a previous post had it right when LBJ came into the league out of High School they were already talking about the kids body and physique then.

So with the Professional Trainers and really taking care of your already pre-madonna body [AND THE BODY AND YOUR CONDICITIONING IS A MONEY MAKER] why is it equally hard to believe that he is a freak of nature and a gift to the basketball world.

Every generation gets their freak...ours is now LBJ.

I 100% agree with you on Ron Artest. With this guy's family values there's no way he do anything illegal, put any king of drug in his body or have a Roid Rage and go into the stands and puch fans. Oh wait a minute he did Rage and go into the stands and punch fans.

As far as Lebron 18 ponds is possible but it's 40 pounds. You are still short 22 pounds short.

Dude you don't fucking get it. Tiger ot MJ aren't even close to Lebron in size gains. If it came out lebron was juicing. They have no steroid policy. So technically he's not violating any league rules. Just like there weren't any back in baseball's roid days.

Personally I'm tired of the Steroid witch hunt. You can do all the Coke, Heroin, Alcohol and beat your wife. Go to re hab and come back and play and you are a hero. But get caught with Steroids. OH MY GOD !!!!!!!

I think Lebron shootin up is a strong possibility.  It's not just 40 lbs of gain, its the fact that he was diesel in high school already, and put on 40 MORE lbs. I personally think he was dopin in h.s. for sure. No 19 yr old looks like he did.   NO WAY!

But ont he other side of that, where's his roid rage?   I've never seen him rage on a single player, after all the hard fouls, you don't even see the rage in his eyes, he just takes it.   I've taken NO XPLODE, and I'm about ready to roll on people in the gym just for lookin in my direction!

So with your math and logic:

LBJ comes into the league at 240. You swear he's put on 40 lbs since then.

That would put LBJ at 280 right now in your book right?

So lets go back to your logic.

Anyone that has size and quickness in the NBA [and is performing at a level above everyone else] must be on something simply because they are bigger & better and is the mvp.

Sometimes people come along that are just flat out bigger and better/faster/etc..etc.. than you are.

I had a friend [Fraternity Brother] that made into the pros and he personnally told me that EVERY YEAR they get faster, bigger, stronger and of course they are younger.   And in this case in the NBA we got LBJ.....in the NFL a year or so ago they go ALL DAY Adrian Peterson [Vikings]......studs pop up all the tyme!!!

Why is it when Kobe is doing well and was considered the undisputed man, well it was due to his great work out routnine but if it is another athlete well they must or might be on something.  If it looks like and sounds like and smells like hatin' then it probably is hates in the covers forum.

Finally, when our boys [NBA Players] went over to play in the Olympics, were they tested then?  Atheletes cannot be on "whatever" and be an olympian????   I know a few athletes may have beaten the olympics system...but the point is I do feel that LBJs piss has been tested

at least by the Olympic people.

Life is too short for everyone to be spreading "hate" or "rumors" that somebody is breakin the rules.....especially if you have no proof.

Again, when a rumor is placed on you that you groped a female  that you know you did not......the rumor itself does the damage whether you groped her or not.

So whether it is Kobe, LBJ, D Wade, Tiger, Phil Michelson, etc..etc...cool it with the rumors or in my opinion crazy speculation to give haters something to linger on....why there guy isn't better than the other guy.

Finally, about all this talk about no testing in the NBA....I am not  an expert on the NBA testing system or methodology, but that seems ridiculous that their physicals and screening [piss analysis] does not test for illegal stuff especially after all the commissioners had to go to Ciongress and speak on their drug/roid testing policy(ies).

I just spoke with one of my boys that played college ball at Auburn and he said the NBA does have a drug testing policy that is strong.

    End of story & thread.

If my memory is correct (and I may be wrong )
I really felt that Congress was ok with the NBA when Stern testified in front of them
It was Bud Selig (MLB) that looked goofy

Stern and the NBA came out smelling like a rose.

    Peace.
