When Ibaka went down, this series was essentially over before it even started. OKC without a shot blocker allows Duncan to look like the Duncan from 5-6yrs ago. Then you take Parker who nobody on OKC can seem to stay in front of. Leonard is match-up hell...and then they bring in Diaw who KD then has to try and guard and simply isn't strong enough to do so.
Spurs have been known to allow teams back into the series, but I think this team is different. They want & need the rest that a sweep will afford them.
Without that stretch shooting Ibaka provides, Duncan/Splitter can relax a bit on defense as well as avoiding foul trouble...as Adams/Collison/Perkins aren't offensive or even post up threats. They rely on offensive rebounding and the passing of others to get them easy points. Not a good recipe for success against this Spurs team.

That team had a HEALTHY Ibaka, and a Spurs killing James Harden. His game has evolved a ton since then. I get the stat, but it's irrelevant with the current squads.

Sorry was supposed to read. "Leonard was also a rookie...his game has evolved a ton since then"
