I dont like to do whole game bets for basketball. with end of the game fouls and free freethrows.  I like to bet the 1st quater.

All my first quater bet for the beginnin of the season  are going to be for $50

1st quater bets

Cavs -2 = young fast at home had a good preseason in the 1st quater coming out strong out the gates. plus washington have 2 new players in the starting lineup and wall and nene r out

heat -2 = coming out stong after recievin the rings expect boston to hold their own but see mia going into the 2nd quater up 4 with a strong 2nd from boston bench

la -3 = dallas is without kaman and dirk new point guard see them gettin off to a rocky start plus i do not see la starting slow at home with their new team and going 0-8 in preseason

I put in one more bet last which was dallas +7 2nd half for 50

Den +.5 -120- they have a deep bench and alot of them can be starters on other teams this will help in the finial mins of the quarter. also andrew b is out which is always a plus. last year phil was +1.7 in the 1q but with bynum out and iggy in den some of that scorin is gone...think it will be close but i see den up but 2 going into the second

NO +2.5 -115- NO was +.7 at home  in the last 3 game and -0.4 last year while home while sa was +1.1 away last year in the 1q....i will take the points here 2

DET -.5 -115- the rockets are just to new of a team to getting it going in the first 1st q...Piston have always been a good 1st q team i see it stayin that way for  tonight atleast
