You should see that he has exceeded 10 pts 12 times and failed to reach this number 3 times. (12/15 = 80.0%)

This begs the following question:

Why is the wagering line for this specific prop, in this specific game, being set at this questionable number?

Recommendation: Stay away, something is amiss.
