MY WEEKLY CYCLE ENDS AT MIDNIGHT ON SUNDAY MEANING DEPENDING ON WEATHER IM UP OR DOWN AT THE END OF THE WEEK,I MEET MY GUY ON TUESDAY AND GET PAID OR PAYOUT ACCORDINGLY...THIS WEEK I ENDED UP BEING UP 20 GRAND BY SUNDAY AND BETWEEN MONDAY AND TUESDAY LOST 15K OF IT...NOW MY GUY WANTS TO SEE ME WITH 5K AND IS CALLING IT AN EVEN EXCHANGE BEING THAT I LOST THIS WEEK WHAT WAS OWED TO ME FROM THE LAST WEEK...HAS ANYONE EVER HEARD OF THIS BEFORE I AM PRETTY PISSED OF AT THIS BUT SHOULD I BE? ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE HAS THIS EVER HAPPENED BEFORE ETC....

If your payments are on time your book is supposed to pay you according to the week by week.

If your payments are fucked up, he can pull garbage like that.

YEA I WAS LATE ABOUT A DAY OR TWO FOR THE LAST 2 WEEKS ON PAYING HIM OUT BUT IT WAS BIG MONEY I WAS DOWN 20K OR SO AND SHORTED HIM LIKE 2 GRAND ON BOTH OCCASIONS BUT PAYED IT A COUPLE DAYS LATER I GUESS YOU'RE RIGHT BUT THATS JUST AS BAD AS ME BEING DOWN 20K ON SUNDAY THEN CALLING HIM TUESDAY AFTER I MAKE 20K WITHIN THE TWO DAYS OF THE CYCLE ENDING AND SAYING I DONT OWE U OUR DEBT IS CLEAR...DOESNT SEEM REAL FAIR ON MY END OF THE DEAL

Yep, he owes you the money on a week to week basis considering you can win it all back by tomorrow.

Let him know you pay full so you expect to get paid in full. If he wants to be firm, then you should be able to withdraw mid-week.

Yeah no way can he give you the 20k while knowing very well you are currently down 15k for the week.  Just wouldn't be smart on his part.

Now if you you were down 20k after Sunday, and then came up 15k on Monday and Tuesday, and you met Wednesday, I wouldn't expect him to try and collect 20k.  I would just collect the 5K and update your balance as even going forward.

Can I ask how can you afford to wager this type of money?  I'm pretty jealous.

Yeah pretty much, but that's not your problem.

When you paid him 20k in a week and shorted <5k he should be able to pay you 20k. He shouldn't be taking the action if he can't pay out.

Probably want to find another book that can pay out. If you win big, this guy might just disappear.

I UNDERSTAND WHERE YOURE COMMING FROM BUT THE WEEK BEFORE LAST I WAS DOWN 15K COMMING INTO MONDAY AND ENDED UP WINNING 30K BY TUESDAY WHICH WAS PAYDAY...I DIDNT ASK FOR AN EXTENSION OR ANYTHING OF THAT KIND I PAID HIM ON TUESDAY SHORTED HIM 2 GRAND AND HE CALLED ME TOLD ME THATS FINE KEEP THE 2K BECUASE YOURE UP FOR NEXT WEEK AND WE WILL JUST SQUARE IT OFF LEAVE EVERYTHING FOR TUESDAY AND OF COURSE I LOST THAT WEEK TOO LOL...I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT TO THINK OF THIS

bulshit, if you were down 20k on sunday and won 15k back by tuesday would he be ok with just collecting 5k? I think not, he would want the 20k and would let the week play out. same for you, he has to give you the 20K and wait till weeks end. if you are betting that kinda cash beleive me he would not want to lose you, threaten him with finding another book. Im from NY if you want I know lots of guys that would take your action.

I'm not doubting him, I'm just simply wondering where the cash is coming from.  What are people doing for jobs to produce this disposable income.  Not to judge a book by its cover, but he spelled "weather" when he meant to spell "whether".  Plus he used all caps.  I think it's safe to assume he's not a lawyer or a doctor, so possibly owns a few convenience stores?  Maybe drug dealer?  I'm always intrigued, hence why I asked the question.

It's not about doubt, it's about the story.  I'm curious.
