Hello all. I recently cashed out all my winnings after the Super Bowl (roughly 1k. Would have been 3k if the Colts would have won). Anyways I left a measly $50 dollars in my account. "Why just 50 you ask?" Starting today: February 10, 2010, I'm starting what I call: "Rags to Riches: Turning $50 into a Fortune". "Whatever" you're saying to yourself. That's okay, I don't expect all of you to think highly of this goal of mine. "How much are you considering a Fortune?". Anything over 1 or 2k is what I'm calling a "fortune", but I won't stop there when I reach it.
So I'm starting with $50 tonight. This will not be "building a fort overnight", I'm going to be starting with a simple foundation and SLOWLY building up. This will take months and maybe a year just to pad a decent amount of change. I'm in this for the long haul.
The first play of this mission is:
Chicago Bulls +4.5 (odds: +105, Risking $5.00 to win $5.25)

Good luck, I'm planning on doing the same with baseball this summer. Start off with $50 or $100 and make $5 and $10 bets for the 1st quarter of the season; then $20 and $25 for the second half, and so on.
BOL....

I like this concept so much I think we should bet on it.
Peachy Rider to make 1st:
$100.00 +120
goes broke (140)
The only way I'll go broke with this concept is if I lose 10 in a row at $5 apiece. And even if I start with a horrid streak of losing 5 in a row, I'll lower the bets even more. Like I said, this goal will take time. The more I win, the more I lay on the game, but never will I lay ALL I have on a single game in this mission. I laid 10% of my bankroll tonight, but that was only to get off the ground. Once I start peaking past $100, etc..I won't go past 2 or 3%.
A slow and steady foundation.
