Bet what you truly understand and practice being disciplined in what you do thr casino wins when people make decisions based on greed and their financial obligations if you know your sport have common sense and logic you can pick who will win and who will lose on a nightly basis over/unders point spreads are a little harder but the money line may not pay as much but it brings the most success i think and also anything you do is worth doing well never pick on a whim give yourself study everday you'll see a change
