Afternoon, fellas....profitable night in the NHL yesterday hitting both posted plays and hammered the Hawks in-game. Love it when they fall behind early so I can get them at + value. As an aside, the Flyers are the cheapest bunch of goons in the NHL and certainly got the a$$whooping they deserved....but I digress. First up...
Sens -1/2 1P (+150) - I've been making it a point to fade the Sabres - especially in the 1P where they're dead last in GF (goals for) and GA (goals against)....not a good recipe for success. Ottawa should be rather pissed having just lost to these guys 2-1 in a shootout two days ago in Buffalo. However, the lone Sabre goal was one of the softest you'll ever see in an NHL game. Sens are #3 in 1P GF and shots/game meaning there will be plenty of scoring opportunities.

i played everything in that entire list I posted. it's like 18 or 19 bets. but I would say those 4 are the ones I would be most confident in.
they net an average line of +140, which is a break even of about 42%, so hitting 2/4 would be huge.
I hate picking particular plays because that's not my mojo, but I have a good feeling about today. the idea behind how I play is to have a break even around +125, or about 44% hit rate with the intention of hitting about 50% of them.

today is one of those days where hockey-reference.com, sportsdatabase.com sdql research, and the lines given by the sportsbook are all aligning.
the totals are all volatile in my opinion. one of these days where taking all +money totals on the board would reap positive ROI, but there's some powderkeg unders that get me worried.
and this could all be moot, and I lose every bet today. which can happen, folks. don't forget that.

Yotes ML/o5.5 parlay - really like the over in this one as both teams generate a healthy number of shots/game while allowing a healthy number as well - which would account for why they're both near the bottom in goals allowed....Isles being dead last. In addition, I give the edge to the Coyotes tonight as they're #5 in G/G (goals per game) and have revenge in the final game of a home-and-home. Much like last night's Hawks game, I'm combining the side and total for added value.

Good to see ya on that over too COACH. I played it BIG for the same reasons. Last 5 for both teams combined for 8-10 overs and 5 previous meetings between these teams all 5 went over by a lot. The numbers I analyzed were staggering l hence the BIG PLAY.

Spot on, ult. Should be plenty of scoring opportunities though NHL games always come down to goaltending. Nomatter what the matchup may be or what the numbers suggest, any NHL goalie can fire a gem on any given night. I really like the over potential tonight but realize nothing's a given. GL to us
