what are the rules for intentional fouls, do all teams use the tactics? if theyre behind for feks 7 and its 1:20 left then is normal ?

You know.  If there is less than a minute left and it's only a 2 or 3 point game the team that is behind will draw a foul when the team in the lead gets the ball back so that they cannot run out the clock.  It sends them to the free throw line, but if they miss the free throws they have a shot to still win.
