Scoring does seem to be down, at least in most of the match ups. I think the Knicks totally playing zero defense in their games is throwing off the numbers because I see some very low scoring games being played so far (except Sunday night, when every late game played over---Naturally I had the under pegged in those 3 games). Charlotte is usually an under machine with Larry Brown coaching.
There were two games with around 165 pts scored last night. That's getting into WNBA territory there for points scored, and that isn't really good at all. All WNBA games should be played to Benny Hill show music (just leave the announcers at home) for the true comedic effect. That is an absolute riot to watch, as the chicks sprawl all over the floor, miss practically every shot, miss layups regularly, throw errant passes all over the place repeatedly. You would think those chicks would be embarrassed out there, but they are not. Surprisingly you can actually make money on that, (at least I did in years past, this year was difficult though). Home teams usually rule there. This year more road teams won than usual, but still not enough to mess things up too bad.
Anyway, the NBA can be a nightmare. I actually started this year off not too bad, but I have been giving some of it back this last week. Sunday was especially bad, with all of those overs happening. But last night they were back to the under brigade. I don't think the Lakers have covered more than a couple spreads all year though. They definitely are not playing that well, and they are eating up a lot of money in the process.
