I've only ever posted my picks once on this forum and it was my play of the season in Spurs -5 or -6 or whatever the hell the line was when they played the spurs. 

today i have another.

TAKE THE OVER TOMORROW IN THE ALL STAR GAME!!

We all saw in the Team World vs Team USA game how high scoring it was and there was no defense played whatsoever. the score ended on 311 points.

Now ask your self....????

The total ended on 311 points and it included players who are no where near as good scorerers as the official all star game. You got guys like curry, durant, westbrook, lowry, lebron, de rozan heck every player in this all star game can shoot threes lay ups dunks you name it.

Also... the world vs usa game was 2 20 minute halfs. tomorrow we have 4 12 minute quarters.

That's an extra 8 minutes of game time for these guys to score more than what these rookies scored in the world vs usa game.

take it to the fkn bank!!

Last 2 years the scores were 321 & 318

The O/U is 318 this year.

For me, it would be hard to watch the game if I took the under.

The WEST has all those 3 pt shooters. Also, I think they'll make sure Kobe scores a lot. Might take the WEST -6

BUT, the spread in the last 5 All Star games was 5,8,5,3,5. with the WEST winning 4 of 5.

Looks like a crapshoot!

I'll probably make a small wager on the OVER.

You never know how the tone is going to be set till it happens. I happened to catch the D league all star game today and they actully played defense . Makes me wonder ...

May want to look at it this way - 318 means they have to 

average 79.5 pts per quarter. That's a heck of a lot of points.

mite be helpful if you actually tell us the information....cos if the "information" is that its a nice,clean place to visit then that doesnt really factor into the event being discussed here.

there aint gonna be NO defense in this game(unless its tight in the closing minutes)...players aint tryna over-exert themselves or do anything that mite risk injury in their only major break time of the season.
the reason that d-leaguers were playing defense is cos they are on show on a pretty big stage and are always auditioning for nba roster spots so need to impress,even in all star games.

I like the under for the simple fact that Kobe will be taking a lot of shots and probably bricking many of them, and every scoreless possession is huge in the All Star game

Just playing devils advocate here:
1. A missed shot isn't necessarily disastrous; it likely ends up in a fast-break basket going the other way.
2. We're talking about one of the hottest scorers in NBA history. I can easily see him having a stretch where he hits 3 3-pointers in 40 seconds.

well  from what i hear, bryant is a brickmaster nowadays...if he was still great, the lakers woulndt be owning a 6-45218 record
