Is this the same idea as over 2, 2.5? Win half your bet at 2 and full bet at 3? I don't bet soccer but I love watching it, might tail just for some fun action while I watch. Thanks.

No, that means if they score 2 you would push on 1/2 and lose the other 1/2.  Just think of it as 2 separate bets, half of each number.  The reason 2, 2.5 is more expensive is obviously because you're only losing 1/2 your bet if it hits 2 rather than the whole bet if the total is 2.5.

Not really.  Of course that would be great but what I'm expecting is a minimum of 1 goal which allows me to win 1/2 my wager.
