With Kings-Cats ending under 200pts with relative ease, PODs are back to 80percent clip with 24-6 overall record. I usually try to take thursdays off but what the hell...
Today's pick:
DALLAS-ATLANTA UNDER 196.5
Atlanta has been playing spectacular defense lately especially at home with only two games in last ten went over 196 points and that was against Knicks and Kings both of whom play far worse defense and higher tempo than Mavericks.
Mavericks struggles offensively on road games in comparison to their home games and they will be missing up to 4 players. Also, Nowitzki should struggle little bit against solid defensive bigs of Hawks. Atlanta's Joe Johnson should get his points against Mavs decimated forward line but Hawks lack depth when it comes to scoring and will be missing their 4th leading scorer.
*WARNING*
This one figures to be very close numbers wise and should be a play for those with comfortable bankrolls. If you are in a hole or feel like can't handle the suspense at the end, I would encourage for you to wait till tomorrow where there should be a better value.
Best of luck.

What number did you cap this at, Turc?
With recent trends, I don't see it going too close to the number?

I definently like the pick I follow the Mavericks closely as I am a home fan, but they do not score over 100 on the road unless they are playing someone like GSW, Phoenix, or Sacramento...
I think Atlanta is tough at home and this is definently the play tonight...
GL to everyone and Turc keep up your good work!!!!

thanks. is this a smaller play for you personally? It sounds like it, but just wanted to confirm.
Also, what did you think of ATL -5? Dallas sucks on the road.
no, this is 1 unit play as always but I can afford a loss at this point. I got couple people telling me how they got out of a hole following my picks. So if there are more people in similar situation, it would be helpful to let them know.
With Howard out and Nowitzki playing against strong defensive bigs, Atl -5 doesn't look half bad.
Best of Luck.
