Uniden's Wednesday plays

A little tired from last night. Looks like we all had a pretty good night last night. Went 3-0. Yeah once I got into the Bradley Center and saw the Suns up close, I had to play the OVER. Was a little nervous with 3 minutes to go and the Bucks doing their usual fade down the stretch. But we got both!!!! Thanks for all the comments in last nights thread. Never watched the Suns in person AND close up. WOW!! What a team. And the speed is just stupid. I missed them last night, but read up on them thie AM...with STRONG coffee in hand. Now that I am awake and can actually focus we can discuss today's plays. Detroit -6.5 Okay...I know I said I would NEVER bet this team again but they are playing the 76ers for Gods sake!!! I am thinking the time I don't bet them is win they win. THey just can't continue to play like this. Maybe this time FLip will actually keep quality players on the damn court when they have a good lead. One can only hope. I do believe that is what cost the momentum in the last game. No need to go into details here as everyone has siad what needs to be said...WIN AND COVER DAMN IT!!! Portland +7 WOW! 7 points??? I know this has been a long road trip, but 7 points. NO has been very hot of late, however I do think Portland hangs around in this one. I think Vegas thinks they are going to tire out down the stretch. Not me. Sacramento -1.5 Great win last night against a psychotic Nets team, just like I said last night. Now tonight is a little different. THe Clippers are NOT a bad team at all. I just think Sacrtement has got some good MOJO going right now with everyone back. Still looking at the OVER in this one as well. Looking at: LAL +6 They go into SAS on a very hot streak. This team has shown they can play without Bynum and win runing away. Think this ia bad match up for SAS. They are not as quick as LAL and wil ltry and slow the game down. Don't think Kobe and comapny will let theat happen. Toronto +9 Again, a big number for a surging Raps team. And Boston has not cinvinced me they are playing the caliber of game they were earlier. I think they are getting back to that form, but not giving a good Raps team 9 frickin points. That't it for now. Still doing the evaluating and drinking coffee. Maybe the headache will go away soon. I like your plays Uniden......I'm staying away from Portland/NO.......I was looking at the LAL too.....the SPURS look like garbage sometimes in games, and especially pre-break.....I would think the 6 is a good play, but I'm on enough games already.......DET, SAC and TOR are all plays for me tonite||thumbs_up.gif' border=0>

ZGood plays littlec. Iam going to narrow it down to three plays. Maaaaybe 4 if I win early. Not sure yet. Yeah Iam struggeling with Protland a little myself. Need more time.

Reamslice, Not really. I think the Bucks are just as bad as Minny and the Suns damn near missed the cover in the last basket of the night. I just don't like the Suns ina B2B road situation against B2B bad teams. Maybe I am missing simething, but I just am wary of this one.

Wish I read your thread yesterday, I'm down BIG time! Like you, it seems like every time I pick Detroit they lose! I'll stick with them again tonight. Just cover dammit! lol..... I like your other plays as well but will take a closer look.

uniden - I am telling you taht if you look at the history between Portland and New Orleans you will make New Orleans a play! Look at New Orleans at home against Portland. Also, 7th game of a 7 game roadtrip. I am on New Orleans and I fully expect it to hit! Kings looks to easy and that has me studying it more. It is a day to day strugle. Just try to win more than I lose. And that's the damn truth. I can tell you my Detroit play will not be a lot of money until I can see a swing in their play. I still can't get off LAL getting 6 ad Toronto getting 9. It is just to many points for two good teams.||confused.gif' border=0>

Hey PIDI, Yeah I know, I have already seen that stat, and I agree. I am still tyring to make up my mind on it. I just like the youg TB team right now. I think someone said a similar thing in their last game, and they covered...granted it was in OT. The last 6 games they are 3-3 and the road losses ATS havemissed by 2 points?? Interesting though when you look at the "rhythm" of those last 6 games: L W L W L W ? Just thought that was a little strange. PIDI, I am really considering this a no play, just not sure yet.

Sup Uni! Pistons after a loss against a much inferior team is a great bet... Like the Hornets here. Nawlins is legitimately a good team, and polishing off a road trip of this magnitude, against a very HOT team, is a tough task by the Blazers. Plus I think the line is curiosly high trying to get money on a first place team getting 7+ points. Sac looked very good last night with a full and healthy line-up. Think they will get a nice cover against the lacking Clippers who the GM has already turned on his coach, and team. Yep, I agree with you. I don't think they needed that aditional info to win as they are just simply confident. It will be interesting to see how they play together on the road though. It wil be a medium wager for me until I see how they hold up OTR.

Like your Det medium well & all over Sac, but stayin away from NO/Port unless I play the over. NO prob wins by dd's, but not comfortable givin that many to a team that seems to be able to hang with anyone. See 'em hangin around with the ATS win goin either way. Like you, still a touch wary of Sac on the road on a b2b, but think they got too much good stuff goin now not to pick up a nice rd W by 6-8+. Leanin hard on the NO/port over & will prob play it. Uniden, I'm with 4 out of five of those. 3 out of 5 are full fledged support and the other two I could go either way on (Portland and Toronto were my first inclination though). I also like: Orlando -2.5 Phoenix -7 Houston -6 LaLakers +7 Over Boston 185 Over Chicago 203.5 Lot of Road Teams for me tonight. Let me know how you like these. We've both been hot and seeing the same sides lately. I'd value your opinion.

Hey Cookieace, Thanks for the props. We all know how this shit goes...your hot and then you can't throw a rock in the ocean and hit it???? Here are my thoughts on the games you ask me about. Orlando Orlando is one of those teams that seems to lay better in the road than they do at home. Why...who the hell knows. THat was a big win they got against Detroit the other night. I think it might have given them a little more confidence to play a more up beat type of game. Memphis on the other hand has been steadily improving as well. I am not coinvinced they are int he sale league as Orlando. So for me...it is a no play. Phoenix On a B2b road game. Don't like them in that spot. They BARELY covered MKE last night. I was there and I almost had to go out and push a Bucks player out of th eway for the cover. But he missed so it was okay. LOL!!! I consider MKE and Minny somewhat similar as just two bad teams. Houston -6 Simplly a no play for me. LAL I am going to play them tonight. A hot team getting that many points against an average SAS team right now. I think the line is way to generous here. OVER Boston, Yeah, I can see it tipping over the total. This should be an upbeat style of play tonight. I amsure the Raps are looking to get a little revenge back form the absolute drubbing they got when the two played last. And 9 points seems to be alot of points to me. I know the Raps got slammed last time, but I believe that was without Bosch and when Voston was in their peak wining performance. Chicago who knows on that one. Another psychotic type of team if you ask me. Better value on the board. I hate playing a lot of road teams as well. But sometimes that is just the way it works out. I am playing 3 roadies as well. I hope that helps you as this is just how I see those games. I am sure there are better cappers than me that may have additional insight on them.
