It must be Christmas!

Celtics -1
Clippers -2

I'm fading all my usual psychological angles here. I don't care that this is playoff revenge for the pacers. I don't care this is a look ahead spot for the celtics. I don't care that the Raptors will want to prove a point tonight by beating Leonard. These teams are so much better than the teams they are playing that I'm just going to take the better teams, with the generous lines, and hope they show up and take care of business.

Yeah, that clippers @ pacers game the other night ended up being a real coin flip.

Agree on the Celtics BB, took em last night on the ML at +108. Indiana hasn't beaten any of the top teams this year besides Utah, who don't look that great this year anyways. I considered the revenge as well for their sweep last year, but this team is not the same with only Sabonis and Turner being on last year's team. Good luck

excluding the first game of the season, the pacers have only loss to the bucks and clips on their home floor. I think the celtics are a notch below both of those teams IMO

They are different teams defqon and there are lots of Indana roots on that Celtics team. Dial, they might be below Bucks and Clippers but still one tier above Indiana. Good luck.

Pacers are an average team with an inflated record. Tons of wizards, hawks, knicks, grizzlies wins. Still 0 wins against top 10 teams. Clippers exposed them. They simply don't have the offense without Oladipo to keep up with top teams. However, the Celtics aren't the Clippers. They play a game that the Pacers can compete with on a good night at home. Still would lean Celtics though

Are you sure the clippers are that much better than the raptors??...maybe later in the season but at this point in the associations season I’d say not yet...the spread is bang on.  

This game will come down to the wire with the team shooting last winning.  But good luck
Thinking that this game is some kind of Las Vegas early Xmas present.

I always look in retrospect for games like that. That was an obvious Clippers game. They got that line because Clippers were dropping games to bad teams when Kawhi sits but, it was pretty obvious that they've had plenty of time to work on that and now with Paul George, they were due to win a game without him.

I'll tell you what the books are thinking, or thinking they know what we're thinking. When Leonard left the Spurs, he got destroyed in his first game back in SA. That's how much the Spurs wanted to prove they can win without him, and that's also how guilty Leonard felt for leaving them. He pulled a no-show, the Spurs elevated their game, and the result was a blowout. Then again this year, when Leonard goes into SA with his new team, against a much worse Spurs team from last year, the Clippers still lose. So there might just be a pattern when it comes to Leonard playing against his former teams.

Will tonight be a duplicate of those games? Maybe. Or maybe Leonard does not feel nearly as bad/guilty for giving the Raptors a title and leaving and maybe Raptor fans (those soft hearted Canadians) and Leonard's teammates will not have all the hard feelings and resentment that the Spurs team and their fans had and this will be a completely different game/result.

Gordon freaking Hayward. What a pos wussy player this guy is. As fragile as glass. Up 4 with the ball, in complete control of the game with 6 minutes left, and he gets hurt, again!
I've been following the celtics for 30 years, and this guy is the softest white player ever! Cousey , havelcheck, bird, McHale, guys who played with broken noses, ankles and back, and now we get this absolute loser who gets hurt every other game. Thank you, Danny Ainge, you POS.
