Leaning more towards Jazz in that game myself. Wolves just havent shown anything at all this year. I think the Butler situation has really messed with the team. I do agree however that if this line moves more, than I would be considering the Wolves. Just my thoughts!

Think nets deserve a win after some great games against way better teams namely gsw/pels....pistons not a typical strong road team , remember nets only lost 3 pts on the road in the first matchup and they should take advantage of det being b2b

Waiting for the Pelicans @ GS line. More than likely, I will automatically bet the over for that game. I'd say, O/U 236..

i saw the same. im on the pistons as well. watching highlights the nets look like little kids compared to drummond and griffin. i have a rule where i dont bet on a team if their leading scorer is ave 10 less points a game than the opponents leading scorer. i dont know if it means anything statistically but just one of my niches..
i followed your thread yesterday mo, i was all over charlotte and sacramento and appreciate the analysis threads and not people just spewing picks with no reasons behind them. BOL

Leaning on Detroit, they played quite well against Boston. Considering that Drummond had unfavorable match-up against Horford who can shoot and has rather explosive first step for its position, with Baynes who now is capable of stretching the floor and making open threes, which makes it harder to defend PnR. Brooklyn apart of good second half against GSW when the threes were falling didn't show much. Griffin should out-hustle his way against such players like Jared Dudley with the form he is showing now. Even if Jarett Allen had some nice blocks on Griffin in the last match-up, I think Detroit has advantage under the basket in skillset and talent. While D-Lo is still inconsistent and doesn't put that much work on D. BOL

Just a couple interesting points to add to the detroit game:
- detroit have lost their past 15 games as road dogs
- detroit have won 10 out of 11 of the last 2nd halfs against nets
- nets have covered the last 8 out of 9 games following a road loss

Grabbed Lakers -7 and see it climbing. Just a gut feel that LA finally puts a game together and Mavs on road is perfect spot.
denver under 226. Bulls defense not good , denver defense real good. Think Denver controls the pace in this one and locks Chicago down. Only worry is denver getting to 120 but think if they control pace they are around 112 and think they win so under the total

My thoughts: Denver can absolutely light it up. They are happy to run with anyone. Bulls would be a darkhorse playoff team if healthy. However, there's just nothing they can do with Dunn Lauri and Portis all out. The nuggets second unit has been great and bulls are too depleted to compete there. I think this bulls team gets destroyed for the next month or so until they get pieces back. Don't see how you could feel good backing them.
Pacers have honestly looked very good on offense for the most part. Their ball movement and chemistry has been better than expected. I expected some regression from them this year but might not get it. Pacers have blown teams out after their other losses, think we see a similar thing here against an overmatched knicks team.
Nets just have no one to answer against Blake and Drummond. Pistons haven't had a convincing win all season though and they've played some bad teams. Getting the better team as a dog is always nice, but not sure I like this enough to pull the trigger on pistons.
Spurs should crush suns. Suns are already awful and missing booker makes it tough. Still though, Spurs record is a bit fraudulent at the moment with close wins and some blowout losses. Need to see more from spurs to lay this many on road. Need phoenix to show something positive before I can back them at all.
I don't think we can come to any conclusions on either the mavericks or lakers. Both have put together some okay games. Mavericks still dealing with some injuries. Lakers still trying to figure it out. Line seems fair. I won't be on it.
If Anthony Davis plays Pelicans are an easy play here. Golden state can decide to go hard and blow anybody out on any given night, so they're never too fun to fade. However, Davis would be the best player on the floor against some poor big men catching double digit points. Too good to pass up.

For the most part you're totally right. They haven't been great on the road in recent years. A bulls team missing 3 of their 6 best players just doesn't have the firepower to take advantage
