Interesting thought, but it does make sense. I still worry that this has been a bit too easy for the spurs. Like, wtf was really going on in that dallas series? Great mavs play or poor spurs play? Pop pretty much did everything else right this year. Got his old stars plenty of rest (without getting in trouble with the league) Put backup teams out on certain nights, who won a lot of games (and competed in most)..the spurs just look like they have "it" right now, add in the fact that miami isn't as good as they were last year and I just can't see anyone beating the spurs sans significant injury
