For me, no doubt, it was Tracy McGrady 13 points in 35 seconds. Houston was down 76-66 to the great San Antonio Spurs inside a minute to go.
McGrady goes in for a driving layup and doesn't even draw iron, yikes. But Houston power forward grabs the offensive rebound and 1 times it. Then he steals the inbounds and slams it home again.
76-70, then the fouling game begins and TMac makes back to back to back to back 3s, 1 of which a 4 point play. So he outscores the spurs 13-6 in the final 35 seconds to win 83-82.
Back then, the totals were sometimes in the 170s, I lost on the over, but what an incredible once in a lifetime experience.

My 3rd choice is Klay Thompson 37 point 3rd quarter at Sacramento. The Golden St warriors turned a halftime deficit into a blowout in just 1 quarter.
There was only 1 person whi could believe what was happening. Nope it wasn't Klay, he was having an out of body experience. It was Stephen Curry. He could see his sidekick was hotter than molten lava and he just kept feeding him.
Thompson then tried to keep it up in the 4th, but he was gassed by then, so coach Kerr took him out with the game in hand.

I was at the Wash Bullets championship games when they won it All in 1978, went to the 1980 nba all star game, was working for the Heat at the 1990 nba ASG, went to see my buddy Dennis and Shaq get swept by Houston in 1996, went to see my buddy George and AI lose to Kobe and Shaq in 2001.
Went to games 1 and 2 to see LBJ and the Heat beat the Spurs.
I saw a game at cap center where Bird went for 61
Saw Steph and Carmelo duel at MSG.
Many others.

Rockets beating the Knicks in gm 7 to win the championship in 1994. As a long-time Rockets fan I'd been to 3 Finals gms vs the Celtics in '81 & '86 (Celts won 4-2 both times), but to see 'em break thru & Hakeem get a ring in the 1st pro championship any H-town team had won since the '60/'61 AFL Oilers was special.

@cashin Yeah and then a repeat to boot, but especially nice for coach Rudy T after his career was cut short
Definitely...people sometimes forget how good a player Rudy T was. Was on that team with Calvin Murphy & Moses Malone that got to the Finals in '81 & gave the Celts more of a battle than anyone expected. Devastating punch by Washington...still tough to watch that today.

i think in 2005, I was telling all my college roommates that Jalen Rose was having a great season on Toronto, with Chris Bosh. Anyway we were down big with the bookie. Random Sunday morning (last day) we bet big on Toronto (due to my coaxing). Anyway Rose buried the game winner (they were a small home underdog i think). After me saying Rose would be the hero the entire game, not knowing it would actually happen. No one made a sound except me when he hit the shot. Then I laughed for about 5 minutes straight and they all sat in complete silence with no expression.
