Im not a huge LeBron fan..….but with his current age compared to MJ when Jordan was at this age I think its a fair statement. Especially having to defeat the warriors to reach the finals

LeBron didn't make this decision to win championships. He knows that. Everyone knows that. He is done reaching Finals. He wants to shorten his season now as age catch up.
Lakers are not even guarantee to pass first round. This isn't the East.
LeBron made this decision thinking of his future. Businessman, movies? Producing? Acting?.
That's why he made it.
I won't be surprised if E! hires him and his wife and make another "Kardashian" bull***it series about their life 24-7.

Never forget - Magic won't admit this....but when MJ started winning titles, he felt dissed by the public. Even without the AIDS issue, MJ was the darling. Magic won 5 titles in 9 trips to the Finals, reshaped the point guard position....and is never in the GOAT discussion.
NOTHING would make Magic happier than to have LBJ win a title in L.A. - in order to encourage the GOAT question a bit more.

cavs to win 2 games
dubs to cover gm 2
cavs in gm 3
cleared over 20k on the playoffs ... oh that’s why you’re mad

You better get used to nothing but losers (like Babe Ruth, Steve Jobs, Charles Woodson, Wayne Gretzky, etc ) because mobility is going to increase in all sports. Without mobility, it's doubtful that the Warriors would have won the past 2 years or the Eagles this year.
Btw, MJ was the ultimate believer in mobility. He went to another SPORT for his own "selfish" purpose....and then later to another NBA team for an even MORE selfish purpose (remember him in that weird blue Wizards uniform?)

Do you read what you write? First you say " jumping around to different teams is a loser to me.", then you say " Nothing wrong with leaving for other teams...You just can't make an argument for his legacy..thats all."
So what is it? And as for someone that moves to another team looking for a championship not possibly being a GOAT.....what about Gretzky? Ruth?
Btw, I'm not a homer for LBJ. I think the jury is out. But the "Loyalty" issue is sports is tired and not really applicable to Greatness. It's a "nice" attribute, but not a requirement.

For the record, Jordan is the goat according to me and thats my right...however with all due respect, MJ also quit on his own team to go play baseball, although we will truly never know what was his real reason behind that time in his life with his dads murder and his own gambling debts...just imagine if we had todays media back then, im sure the truth would have eventually been discovered.
