Melos, I'll tell you how that's done. I have these games circled for weeks (or even months). Obviously this game wasn't circled per se, but just being aware that the match-up could come to fruition was enough. So I was capping this game after Game 2 of the OKC Spurs series just given the possibility it might exist. And here is the key, given what's in the write-up, I had OKC to win outright. Now when I see 7.5 points, well I'm salivating (not crazy about ML's though, I like the spread insurance). So when the game hits, it's typically not even close. Same thing happened with Rutgers Minnestoa this year and many others including Gonzaga Setong Hall etc. (Notre Dame Wisky I knew would come down to the last 30 seconds).

Cap a team to win the game then the spread is a bonus. I would never try to get inside 7.5 with a 3 ball bombing team like GS. But if I have OKC winning, I get to cover 2 3's at game's end +1.5

This is the AWESOMENESS of Covers..where one can offer our thoughts and feelings on a zeroed in TARGET...ie lazy line like last night... in sports "anyhing can happen"..ie Barbaro/Big Brown..etc.... Like stated above..you were so right..Thunder won game straight up with the luxury of 7'..not a more rewarding feeling of being on the "right side"
