| So lets do it this way give points to each team in the current sittuation and tally them up at the end and see who wins, this is all my opinion of course. Clippers team vs Houston Team (Bench and starters) I am going to call this a dead heat to be honest both teams could win on their night at a neutral venue ,They both had the same regular season records , the series is tied at 3-3 for a reason whether it be one team has started better in games and failed to close out or visa versa,both teams are here for a reason,they have had there ups and downs during this series and they find themselves tied at 3-3, to me the teams are even. 0 points Home court advantage : Houston going to be rocking ,in this sittuation the boost the crowd can give you is like having a 6th man on the floor 1 point Houston Coaching: I Believe Doc rivers is the better coach , as i said before this is entirely my opinion. 1 Point clippers Match odds: To get better than even money (+110) and 2 points if i want it ,on the home team in this sittuation, i will take it !! 1 Point Houston Injuries: Neither team has any new injuries that would drastically change the outcome of this game. 0 points Star players: I am going to limit this to the 2 franchise "star" players on each team: Harden/Howard vs Griffin/Paul Personally i would take Cp3/Griffin over Harden/Howard in my team anyday, i just feel they bring a lot more to the team and bring a lot less drama,but this is home court for the Houston Duo and that will elevate them, i still like the clippers Duo but i think they only deserve half a point here,whether they are Gased and will be able to pick themselves up after what happened in LA is yet to be seen. 1/2 point Clippers Coming off a devastating loss in game 6: Say what you will this matters and it matters a lot, Houston has the momentum and Clippers will be on the back foot and trying to compose themselves after letting this series win get away from them in LA with 12 minutes to go , This to me is one of the biggest factors coming into this game and i will give double point for this. Houston +2 Final Tally : Houston 4 points Clippers 1.5 points As i said at this start this is entirely my opinion, take from it what you will.Im sure many will argue with my points and thats why we have this wonderful site to do so on, but for me in the current sittuation my money is on the rockets   |
