last year when indiana went into milwaukee and manhandled them beating them six, these were the two teams.
last year indiana: george hill, paul george, hibbert, granger and west. off the bench hansboro, barbosa, aj price, dhantay jones and amundson
this year indiana, george hill, lance stephenson, hibbert, paul george, and david west. off the bench green, hansb, mahimi, augustin
hibbert having horrible year. team is smaller with george at small forward in place of granger.
milwaukee last year. branden, monta, gooden @ center, ily, and DELFINO. off the bench larry sanders, dunleavy, luc richard, udoh, and udrih
this year, branden, monta, DALEMBERT, tobias harris, ilyasova. off the bench dunleavy, marquis daniels, udoh, larry sanders, and udrih. harris second year playerand sanders third year players.
granger not playing and hibbert's diminshed production with decreased bench production. THIS IS NOT THE SAME INDIANA TEAM. milwaukee is slightly better and BIGGER with dalembert. gooden jettisoned.

agreed! ind badly needs granger, and i think ind mgmt is veering away from granger and focusing more on george to become a superstar material but george hasnt proven that he's a bigger superstar than granger. ind became weaker by trading away key players

If you counting on Dalembert to be the difference your in trouble my friend. Indi is still one of the best rebounding and defensive teams in the league, their size and length will cause problems tomorrow. Not to mention four of their five losses have all come by three points or under. The points all the way

Milw is also my play of the day. Indi is truly awful. They played a team that scored 5 points in a quarter at home and still lost. Back to back against a rested young aggressive Milwalkee team spells blow out.

It's not so much about Dalembert's #'s as it is the fact that there is a legitimate shot blocker inside now. #'s don't always tell the true story. Dalembert's #'s have been terrible, but the presence is a difference maker.
So the 3 differences this year for Why Milwaukee is a legit team and why they will be a top 6 seed is...
1. Dalembert's presence as a shot blocker. #'s are deceiving at times. This is one of them.
2. Emergence of Larry Sanders off the bench. Probably one of the better bench guys in the game. Big, long, athletic and skilled. Along with Udoh, udrih, Dunleavy and Daniels this is one of the better benches if not the best in the game.
3. Training camp and time for Monta and Jennings to gel in the back court. Remember, him and udoh came over in that trade mid season. They got some time to figure out the system and gel now.
This is a team that can give everyone in the east fits in the playoffs except for Miami.
Over 36.5 total wins for this Milwaukee team was my best play of the year I feel
Also on The Bucks tonight

Indy can't even beat a tired TOR team last night. TOR fatigue was showing in the 4th quarter last night and was only able to get 5 points. Indy still managed to lose.................
Bucks are a much improved team. Indy just stuck (with or without Granger). Hibbert has no idea what he's doing. Wat a waste of size...

I can't argue that the Pacers are better than last year, because they aren't. And when David West is not producing, like last night, they are awful. However, ATS, I like them a lot more with Granger out, as people tend to overrate him as a scorer when he's really a volume shooter. Speaking of volume shooter, see Brandon Jennings. Sure they looked great against the 76ers, but Jennings was getting good looks and hitting his shots. They also won the battle of the boards 48-31, to make up for their 23 turnovers. The Pacer's are 2nd in the NBA in rebounding, so I don't see that happening tonight. At times, they can be miserable on offence, but people are forgetting that Milwaukee relies on 2 volume shooters in Jennings and Ellis for their offence, and if things aren't falling early, they can be pretty miserable as well.
That's just my opinion, I will be on the Pacers, as I think West is overdue for a dominant performance against a Bucks team who may match up better this year against Hibbert, still doesn't have a good guard for West. I also don't think we see the same Bucks we saw against the 76ers. Good luck STEVENP.
