Those slots contain a magnetic substance that acts with the magnetic strips that is lined on the black stripes on the basketball. The outcome of any game is controlled with this magnetic force along with refs and paid off players. Yes including college kids and coaches. Its all rigged folks All of it

I’ve heard this theory over and over again it’s just words passed on at this point.. mfs believing anything they hear and hopping on with it. doubt this is true nor do it make sense. delusional folks out here

It's bullshit. Years ago I worked at Oracle Arena in Oakland, before it was Oracle when the Warriors still sucked, I was on the crew that handle the goals. We were constantly handling them. Taking them out, pulling up the floor for a concert, putting it all back in. There are no magnets. Even at most Universities, that's a crew of technicians that handle the goals, along with the scoring equipment, sound equipment, etc. Not some kid in the athletic department.
This was all close to 20 years ago though. So maybe it's changed. Except for the fact that what he's describing is physically impossible. You found find any crack pot on YouTube, or Mythbusters, or anyone able to prove this theory through replication.

i mean,if this were true we would have tonnes and tonnes and tonnes of footage of the ball doing peculiar,anomalous,"fuqqy" looking things on its passage around the rim and through the basket as it is being pulled by the magnetic forces...can you produce even ONE small clip of such unnatural looking types of footage?
