Records dont mean anything of the people you want to follow?  Best advice i can give you is quit gambling>  How are you supposed to know if a capper is good with his picks if he doesnt keep a record.  Only cappers i look at on any forum is people who post actual records, winning or losing.

Well the rare times you do get a capper on here that wins consistently they get ran off or banned from the forum from other posters reporting them to the mods, so there's that.
