 Yep! And drew brees was inducted in the saints Hall of fame last night during halftime as well which didn't seem to fire up that team so a jersey retirement means just as much ....nothing. Good luck on your play just the same

 As a giants fan I’ve seen the giants lose big with Eli manning day and ring of honor inductions at halftime BUT the difference between the games we are referencingwith the giants and the saints game last night and Washington is this 

the difference is  that washington  is the better team on paper and via Vegas line  

all the games we mentioning with saints and giants they were dogs or slight faves 

this is a -400 plus winner

No doubt it can go either way with retirements and inductees I was at one of the coldest days ever at soldiers Field when Mike ditka at halftime was honored and they played the Dallas cowboys with a backup quarterback and crushed them but it was so cold that evening that Mike accepted the award at the half and instantly was off of the field because he as well was freezing his ass off! so yes good luck on your play as anything can happen.

 Doubtful that it’ll be tricky as Carolina is really bad at football and Jayden Daniel’s is a rookie who won’t overlook them and also won’t be “looking past them to next week”

rookies take each game as it is the game that matters 

its the vets in my opinion who take weeks of and suffer from let down spots and and look ahead 

not a rookie coach and first year new coach with the team . 
Washington last year had this happen with Rivera they hung with Philly and everyone was like moral victory and then the week after the got smoked at home by the 0-4 bears. Ron Rivera didn’t have his team ready to play at all . 
I font expect that from Coach Quinn and the way I look at it is they jus played Baltimore and all there skilled players and now they play a team with much less talent . That’ll make everyone’s job that much easier and they’re home as opposed to the road . Washington wants their home turf to be feared like it used to be back in the day when they were the skins and all fans dressed as pigs

Some have said since they play chi town next week and coming off the loss for Baltimore that they look past the Panthers

good teams don’t go on losing streaks 

Yes they do.  49ers lost 3 games in a row last season. Chiefs lose two in a row many seasons.  Heck the Ravens started the season 0-2.  Losing to the raiders @ home!

Commanders were bottom 5 last season.  I would hardly call them a good team.

Definitely much improve and off to a great start.

 lol yes it happens but the point was when a good team is firing on all cylinders they don’t go on losing streaks

a Commander money line play does need this much attention! IT SHOULD WIN!!!  again if one got the bankroll go for it, but 4.5 to 5 units to win 1 isnt my thing, and if anyone want to argue this pick won't win, you already know where to throw your money!
