Yes, that was a brain fart of course,  RUSSELL WILSON, doesn't really matter when he'll be quarterbacking the losing team


And oh yeah, REVENGE schooling people, just informing the sheep of historical trends of the two former divisional rivals And to folks who call that irrelevant Historical tendancies should always be considered

Tough super bowl to call.I think if the refs call a tight game with lots of penalties,Denver has the edge. But if the refs let them play without calling too many penalties then Seattle has the edge. So what will the refs do? I think the NFL wants Manning to win so Denver should have the edge. Seattle is still young so they can wait until next time.

Last 5 times the number one defense played the number one offense the team with the number one defense has won 4 times, thats 90% of the time. Even though its a very small sampling its better than crushers idiotic reasoning

The NFL doesn't need a feel good story like Manning. He's old hat and will be out of the NFL in a couple of years. They need a new player to shine, a new great underdog story now that the old guard of Manning and Brady are slipping. They wanted it to be RG3 and Luck, but they'll be fine with Wilson and Luck. Wilson is the Brady prototype, the team first, don't worry about the stats, late round draft pick that no one saw coming. Luck is the new Manning and I think that's kind of obvious.

The new Brady gets his first SB victory this year, forcing the out the old Manning and the giving rise to the new one.

With the NFL, it's always about future money. And if you really think the game is scripted somewhere in a dark room expect the past (Manning) to lose out to the new (Seattle.)

Let's see, Manning not so good in temps under 35.  The playing surface in this game is the same in Seattle, Denver plays on grass.  Wind may play into to this one with the cold, advantage Seattle.  The Broncos go as Manning goes.  Seattle doesn't rely on Wilson so much to win games.  Advantage Seattle.  #1 defense, Seattle.  Defense wins championships, advantage Seattle.  Seattle has the better running game, advantage Seattle.

Quality wins..Seattle beat New Orleans and San Francisco
twice in the same season.  Denver beat a depleted Patriot team with far less talent and a .500 Charger team that was lucky to make the playoffs minus their best running back.   Add a weak schedule loaded with sub average teams and Denver's numbers are inflated.

You speak of psychological advantages?  I say they go to Seattle.
