Indy no longer plays in a dome Lucas Oil Stadium is an open stadium with these high winds it will surely affect the passing game and totals points. This no doubt will hurt Indy much more than Cincy given , their strenghts and weapons.

NFL rules for roof opening -- home team determines if roof is to be opened or closed 90 minutes before kickoff (except if precipitation is within the vicinity of LOS, temperature is below 40 degrees, or wind gusts are greater than 40 mph, then roof is automatically closed). It remains open unless there are hazardous conditions (lightning, severe winds, precipitation, low temperatures, etc.) Once closed, the roof may not be reopened.

every single game I bet this year because wind was a factor went over the total with ease. Im not falling for that trap again. The wind is only a factor if its cutting across field. Even then the total is adjusted to factor that in. There is no advantage.

Im sure though minutes before the game ESPN will show the American flag blowing hard in the wind. Sending most people to bet the under right before the game starts. Then by the time you get comfy on your couch its 14-7 cinn with about 5 minutes left in the first quarter.

The sides of the stadium would block any wind I&#x27;m almost sure.  It&#x27;s a mostly indoor stadium with an open roof, retractable as everyone has been saying.
