I see your perspective but I don't bet parlays.  I usually bet single games.  It just so happens that these heavy public favorites would have won without the teased points today but it doesn't always work like that.  Playing the teasers gives me the balls to lay few extra units on the bets.

Pete they say teasers are sucker bets and most of the time they are as I can certainly attest to.Just bet hthem small and you won't get hurt hopefully.

I'm a big teaser fan. Yes, alot of the time your games will hit without the extra points, and you could make more in a parlay. But i'm pretty conservative, and don't play parlays. Trying to be greedy never ends well. 3-4 team 10-13 point teasers are pretty consistent if you cap the games well. I bet 2 of those every week, plus maybe a few 2 team 7 pointers. I've only missed on two this entire season in NCAA and NFL combined. They are NOT sucker bets if you play them smart and safe.

The books always bait the fish during the first half of the season.  The squares feel invincible, up their bets thinking it's easy, and end up slaughtered in the end.  Happens every year.

You should have played each game individually. If you need points to feel good about your wagers, you need another hobby.

Congrats here, if you would have played them individually, you would've doubled what you raccount is at today.

Don't fear the lines, you have a 50/50 chance of winning every game. Teasers and Parlays make the books richer than anything else on the board. Asking multiple teams to play on any givren day to win you one wager is a bookies dream.

If I had a dollar for every post here that says, I missed my parlay or tease by 1 F'n team, I'd retire tomorrow.

Geez Bator I thought you referenced quite a few Favorites yesterday as plays you may like. SD, Indy, Pitt, NE, NO, Dallas, NYG. And by the way it's a fuckin pain in the ass going through all your posts to find these. The things some people will do to make a buck. I think the Eagles win by double digits tonight but it's against my religion to lay 8.5 when -7 was sitting there all week.  I'm a bit surprised by all the love for Philly but I suppose I shouldn't be after so many scrub teams got pummeled yesterday.
