Had a loser on Thursday with the Texans catching 8 points & losing by 10. Still have these plays remaining:
3 team 10 point teaser: Eagles +2, Chiefs +1, Steelers +13 (HUGE) play
3 team 10 point teaser: Steelers +13, Chiefs +1, Texans +18 (HUGE) play
4 team ML parlay: Eagles ML, Chiefs ML, Chargers ML, Steelers ML: $200 to win $630.84
3 team ML parlay: Eagles ML, Chiefs ML, Chargers ML $2000 to win $1612.34 (HUGE) play
(Chiefs -9 vs Broncos) Chiefs had a terrible time getting back their swagger after playing back to back over time games, winning one & losing one. They were caught in a bad spot by the Broncos coming off a bye week & refreshed. Most people thing the Broncos ran up the score on the Chiefs & so does the Chiefs coach & it showed when he didnt go over to shake the Broncos coach's hand, instead he shook his index finger at him as to say, we will see you in a couple of weeks & you wont be so lucky. After that blowout loss, the Chiefs woke up destroying the Cards & Seahawks in back to back games & now come home to face the Broncos going in a downward spiral.
The Broncos came off the bye & destroyed the Chiefs but seems like they left all their energy on the field that day because they got rolled over by the Chargers on Monday night two weeks ago after taking a 7-0 lead in the beginning of that game. Then they came home to lose to the fighting Rams & that game was not as close as the score indicates. This week has revenge written all over it & the Chiefs players & coaching staff have not forgotten about it.
Chiefs -9 (HUGE) play
(Falcons -3 at Tampa) Falcons are on a roll with the best record in the NFC. They can not afford to lose this game & neither can Tampa. Tampa has won 2 of their past 4 games & Atlanta has won every game after their bye. The Falcons are 3-2 on the road & Tampa is 3-2 at home. Falcons are 2-0 in the division & plan on staying undefeated after beating Tampa.
Tampa played the Falcons tough in Atlanta but it looked like Atlanta's defense layed down in the 2nd half of that game. Tampa has covered 5 straight & 8 of 11 games this season but I see the covering streak ending in this game. Gotta give it to Tampa, they are resilient but they get a wake up call when Atlanta visits Raymond James stadium.
Atlanta -3 (HUGE) play
(Seahawks -6 vs Panthers) Seattle is battling for 1st place & the division title but they had a set back last week as the Chiefs came into their stadium & layed a waxing on them. Seattle usually playes well at home but you wouldnt notice it after seeing them get beat down past 2 home games. Seattle needs this game badly.
The Panthers played a great game at Cleveland last week with a chance to win it but came up short losing the game by 1 point. I believe they take that momentum into Seattle & give them a great game. Carolina has nothing to lose as everyone knows & I dont see the Panthers winning this game but I do see them covering.
Panthers +6 (HUGE)
(Patriots -3.5 vs Jets) The Patriots are coming into this game tied for the best record in the AFC with the Jets. The Pats are looking for revenge against the same Jets that beat them in week 2. Pats coming off a Thanksgiving beat down of the Lions was nothing new as the Lions get beat down every year on turkey day. Im sure all the Pats bettors were nervous when the Lions had a nice lead at halftime but with the right adjustments, the Pats did their thing & won the game in convincing fashion. The Pats are looking to take the division lead & wouldnt it be great to do it vs your nemesis, the Jets.
The Jets have won 4 of their 5 games coming off the bye but the wins have not been pretty as they had to grind out most of those wins. They threw up a goose egg vs the Packers at home & won their next 4 games but not in convincing fashion. Sanchez looked terrible on Thanksgiving night but the rest of the Jets team pulled together to get a 16 point win over the pathetic Bengals. It seemed Sanchez did everything in his power to throw that game away & cant figure out why he played so poor. Luckily his defense buckled down & didnt give up the points they were giving up the previous weeks. For some reason, I see Sanchez having his best game of the season on Monday night.This game will be high scoring & the winner of this game will be the team who has the ball last & I see a 3 point win either way. I will gladly take the 3.5 points here but to tell you the truth, I see the Jets winning this game.
