1. Opening Line - The opening line was Seattle -2.0 but was quickly bet to Denver -2.0 and now sitting at -3.0 (at Bovada). Did the books really get this game THAT wrong?? No! Take your hint from the opening line. The books aren't giving away free money on their biggest betting event of the year.
If this game was a Missouri Valley basketball game and the line quickly went 4 points one-way in one day, yes, the books made a mistake on a small conference game. But not on the Super Bowl. Sometimes you have to bet on what the books are telling you and this is definitely one of those games.
Think about the Auburn/FSU game. The opening line was 6.5 but was quickly bet to 9.0 and eventually finished at 11.0. The books didn't get it that wrong in a championship game as Auburn easily covered the initial 6.5 line.
2. Peyton #1 - Am I the only person in the world that has noticed the "dead duck" passes Peyton has thrown in the last 3 games??? His velocity is gone! I don't know if it's because of his age, the long season or the neck injury....or all three. He is not throwing like he did at the beginning of the year. He won't get away throwing those "dead duck" passes against Seattle.
3. Peyton #2 - Peyton will be running for his life....oh wait...Peyton can't run. This tap-dancing QB will be hit and hit hard. Here is my SB prediction.....Peyton won't last to the 4th Quarter!!!
Peyton's survival is based on timing and throwing the ball within 2 seconds. With Seattle's secondary, he won't be able to do that and will be out of rhythm. Peyton is a sitting duck who throws dead duck passes. Yikes!
Most people are picking Denver BECAUSE of Peyton but I'm the exact opposite....Peyton is a liability in this game.
4. Sharps Prop Bets - Covers is reporting a lot of Sharp action on many Seattle over props on Wilson rushing yards and passing attempts while Sharps are betting props Under props on Denver such as Peyton completions and Moreno rushing attempts and yards.
Seattle EASILY covers the +3.0 (currrent Bovada line)
