so everyone evaluates Rosen after 44% of his rookie season, a bad O Line and awful coaches? Amazing. Rosen is right, those other teams did make a mistake. He&#x27;s got the tools. He now needs the right coaching and weapons around him (including O Line upgrades).

Make all the excuses you want, Arizona has more talent than both the Jets, and Bills and can even argue Cleveland (Cleveland is talented but still very young) and none of the other rookies look nearly as bad as Rosen. The offensive line doesn&#x2019;t throw pick 6&#x2019;s or fumble the ball, and yeah you can argue the pressure helps which is true but pressure didn&#x2019;t play a factor in either of those pick 6&#x2019;s.

I remember people burying Jared Goff prematurely as well. Granted, he&#x27;s not NFL ready right now, but he had little chance against that pass rush last night. The entire line was caving in on most snaps.

youre right Fallopian.i remember Goff didnt have an O-line in his rookie season and he played like trash. too early to judge Rosen in his career but same goes for any QB. cant do anything without an O-line no matter how good or bad you are.

but what he said during the draft just made him look a little stupid and cocky. just be a little bit more gracious that he didnt get drafted into the 2nd round.

Watch Rosen go through his progressions, or better said watch him NOT go through progressions...he locks in on someone and his eyes are glued...that is like chicken dinner for a defense.

Rosen might end up being ok but what Ive seen so far is very unimpressive, from his percentage completion to the YPA numbers to the choices he makes. He is afraid to stretch a defense and the complete collapse of Johnson confirms this fact. Defenses can play a tight scheme and Rosen wont force them to do otherwise.

Oh and how do you like that clown Leftwich being named the OC today? About a season ago he was some assistant backup clipboard holder and Arians decided to try and bump him up, the guy has no experience and it was a bad decision of Wilks to promote someone with zero skills. Yeah blame McCoy for everything, lets see how long Wilks lasts.

Outside the Warner years Larry has not remotely come close to the numbers he did then. He probably should have ended it about two years ago, he is hardly involved anymore and it has to be frustrating for him to end like this.

Cards organization is in a horrible place right now and it's hard to see it being the right place for Rosen to really develop. I'm not counting him out yet but a lot of things need to happen both within his own decision making process and with the players and coaching around him to see him making it there long-term. It's possible he could end up being better elsewhere down the line.
