However, things will only get tougher this weekend. The Falcons are going from playing the #22nd ranked rush defense in the Rams, to the #3rd best. Lots is being made about Nick Foles but the Eagles won’t need him to do much here, as Atlanta will have a very hard time scoring in this game. I know it’s easy to think the Falcons are making another Superbowl run to redeem themselves from last year - but let’s not forget last year’s run was all done at home in Atlanta’s stadium, with the best OC in the league on the sidelines. These are not home games, and they now have a terrible OC preparing their offense. I fully expect the Eagles to be hosting the NFC Championship next weekend, as I expect them to win this game quite easily. I have to agree with others LC. If you think the Falcons are a little lacking on O then the real value in this game is on the Under. If I am either coach, I look to reduce turnovers and slow the game down. They sure do not want Foles throwing the rock all over and the Philly D has to be a little miffed to be underdogs at home as the #1 seed. That said, the Atlanta D is playing really well right now and Ryan will not force it. The game is outdoors and cold which has to slow down the passing attacks.

 

 

I am playing the under as I see the real value there.
