Eagles can win this game by 500 points and it means nothing if they lose to Dallas next week.However, they DO have something to play for, considering seeding, as it&#x27;s been pointed out several times today.  Not to mention, THEY ARE TIED WITH THE TEAM THEY ARE PLAYING TODAY.Books are probably just adjusting things as I&#x27;m sure a lot of Bear money came in from the idiots over thinking this game and hoping the Eagles mail it in.

Pack,It&#39;s minimal.  The goal is to get in the playoffs.  You don&#39;t worry about who the opponent will be till the dust settles.  Crazy things happen all the time, for all we know Carolina could lose next week and NO win, SF could trip up and Cardinals sneak in the playoffs.  So yes they have the #3 seed vs #4 seed to play for, but the only thing that matters is getting in.

I wonder if Philly is even going to play their starters or if they do for how long. Of course they will talk their crap and say every game is important and they will play hard but common sense dictates they don&#x27;t get anybody injured and prepare for a playoff game on the road next week.

Pack,Of course you don&#39;t, but that is beside the point.  The result of the game tonight means little in the grand scheme of things and unfortunately no matter how you prepare for this game that will be in some players minds.

Everyone is talking about not wanting to go into Dallas on a 2 game skid bc it will hurt their confidence. So they need to go out and win this game and play all out. Ok fine I can see that argument (I don&#39;t agree but) so here&#39;s my question to those with that theory. ... What if they play their starters and go all out and the Bears just pound them? Wouldn&#39;t that hurt more than taking a game off? Here&#39;s what I would do. Play them the first half. If it looks like they&#39;ve improved on what they needed to after last week I&#39;d pull them. If they look awful I&#39;d pull them. If it&#39;s close yea go for the W. But I agree with the person who said seeding doesn&#39;t matter that much. Just get in. Most important is to go into Dallas HEALTHY

Just so you guys know if the lions lose and the packers win this game means absolutely nothing and the bears will rest players. Trestmans even said this. And looking at the scoreboard that appears to be where this is heading. To me it&#x27;s inexplicable whats happening in detroit, and i think if lions lose schwartz gets fired tonight.

They will probably just cancel the game if GB wins and Lions lose since both teams have nothing to play for....I mean who cares about playoff seeding anyways...

I guess there is no difference between hosting SF or No/Zona, then going to Car or to Seattle
