Not watching the game, but I see from stat line he's been sack 7x times.

Is he holding onto the ball too long or is the o-line that bad?

Only then, were they thrown into the mix.

I give Williams a C+ in this game considering the circumstances.

Williams isn't a bust, on the few occasions the oline blocks for him he looks very good.  

He also has terrible coaching 

When their careers are over Williams will be the best of the bunch.

Daniels won't hold up in the NFL long term

 I guess it figures though, right? Chicago has a real knack for selecting QB's that suck. I think it's a dead heat with Cleveland, places where young and promising QB's go to fail.

Regarding your mention of rookie QB's starting too soon, I'm unsure how historically how many have busted. Stroud and Daniels, and to a lesser extent Nix seem to be the exception to that rule. The pressure to win now figures in that equation.

You can't throw every one in the water. Some you can. Not Caleb. He's starting to show cracks already. 

Fields just wasn't able to become an NFL starting QB. He will be a quality lifetime backup.

despite bears offensive line woes nix and williams numbers are practically the same with nix having played 1 more game than williams. nix also has the 5th best defense as far as yds given up a game. broncos have the best pass blocking offensive line in the league. 

through 10 games

nix - avg. 197 yds/game passing, 6.1 yds/completion, 10 tds 6 ints, sacked 17 times, 4.8 yds/rush,  4 rushing tds, denver scores 19.7 points per game, denver's record 5-5

through 9 games

williams- avg. 198 yds/game passing, 6.1 yds/completion, 9 tds 5 ints, sacked 38 times, 5.9 yds/rush, 0 rushing tds, chicago scores 19.4 points per game, chicago's record 4-5

Williams was hanging on to the ball way to long on most of the sacks. If the Oline isn't very good and banged up at the same time get rid of the ball quickly. He looks scared to do that and he has lots of weapons. No TD's in 2 games is beyond brutal for this offense.

it's easy to say someone holds the ball too long when you can't see down the field on television and they rarely show replays of receivers running downfield and if nobody is open and/or havent almost completed their route then that's why you're holding the ball contrasted to maye who had clean pockets all day long.

 You call plays that allow the QB to get rid of the ball quickly. You ever heard of a slant or even some screen plays to slow down the pass rush. Quick throws outside work as well.  Did New England's secondary become good all of a sudden? Why are they calling 20 plus yard plays down the field when the Oline is hurting and the QB is playing scared. 

Bears are a mediocre organization that can dominate other mediocre organizations teams from time to time, but I’d think twice about backing them vs good organization teams like Steelers 49ers chiefs ravens etc

 Home crowd in Chicago expect their bears to be the monsters of the midway, sad that all the talent they possess on both sides of the ball and year in and year out produce this.  The coaching staff needs to be let go, and their ceo that thinks this is acceptable also needs to find the door.  The bears using their first rounds to find their next McMahon, won’t lead to much if they cannot find their next coach Coach Ditka. 

The last two or even since Rex Grossman, drafts qb to play their first year in Chicago, wow not gonna happen.  Than the blame gets held to a college player, that was going to be their savior, it’s comical to me.  We get to listen to  all the so called experts all week long regarding another bear quarter back, unreal that the coaching staff can even come to work week in and week out, guess a weekly paycheck is easier to obtain when you show up to the hall and continue to fake this shit.
