Belichick only needs 12 more

I don't like Belichick. He's a pompous dick who hasn't won anything without Brady and a great players defense. If his defense is so good now, how come he's under .500 He's as bad as Nick Saban. Alabama has the #1 or #2 recruiting class every year. Alabama is supposed to win.

I want my money back for reading this thread. 

Here's a real simple question for your Belichick lovers. Are the Patriots underachieving because of their coach or players? 0 playoff wins, championships or division titles. After this year, it will be 4 years in a row. So, are they underachieving because of their coaches or their players?? And my next simple question will be. Between 2002-2018. Did the Patriots "overachieve" with all those super bowls because of their coach or players? Two simple questions

I'm just tired of these coaches like belichick, popovich, kerr, saban. They are all dick's because they win because they have great players. But Belichick is the worst. He's a dick. You think saban is a good coach. He got fired in Miami. He's supposed to win in Alabama, he has the best players. But he thinks he's God.

News flash for everyone! If Belichick was the head coach of alabama, georgia, eagles, 49ers, Rams two years ago, Chiefs he would still be winning championships. My point here is, coaches don't do shit, it's the players. 100%, if Belichick was the head coach of Georgia right now, Georgia would still be #1 in the nation working on 3 national titles in a row. Because it's not the coach, it's the players. That's my point here. 

No coach should ever be labeled a genius, because they aren't. Especially Belichick and popovich. A head coach is as only good as his players. But Belichick and popovich think they are God of coaching. And that's hilarious

He was lucky.  Luck and timing can play a big part of success in ones life and Tom Brady pulled Bill along for the ride.  Coaching at the professional level has little impact.  Professional players are seasoned athletes who have been playing the game for 15+ years.  Look at Greg Poppovich with the Spurs the last 5 years. Can't do shit without talent.  The players decide the outcomes of the games.

He doesn't appear to be the master strategist that he once was, thats for sure.

And Brady went and won a SB with the Bucs and almost got em to the NFC title game the next year.

It would appear Belichick and his cheating may be slightly overrated.

Belichicks losing now has nothing to do with Brady their both frauds .

The reason the Patriots had their run was 3 bottom feeders in division who simultaneously sucked for 20 years that's all it ever was .

The last year Brady was here the Patriots were losers because the 3 bottom feeders Miami Buffalo and the Jets all got better.

So don't make it about Brady cause he's a fraud too .

That performance of Brady is not a QB that's winning a game for a team it's a sucky QB that's just lucky to be on a team that won .

I worked 5 years for 2 teams in the nba.

It's the players.

Great players make HOF coaches.

Jimmy Johnson, Pat Riley, Chuck Daly all recognized this and were psychology majors in college.

When the Patriots won those Rinky Dinky three game championships , with a bye week every year and two cupcake home game which they were favored by over a TD .

Just remember the real real hero's of the Pats phony dynasty who set everything up for the two frauds Brady and Belichick it was Buffalo Miami and the Jets the 3 bottom feeders of the league, their the one's that shoulda been in the duck boats going down Boylston Street holding the SB trophy.

I saw you say it a few times that he has 0 playoff wins without Brady and I don't think anyone has corrected you yet but he did win a playoff game in Cleveland vs Parcells' Patriots.

I guess I'm in the minority but I do think he's the greatest of all time just my opinion and I get why people disagree.  Most teams that win SBs have a great QB or a historic defense so I don't take that away from a football coach for having a great player when so much goes into a successful 53 man roster compared to say basketball if you have an all time great.

He went 11-5 with Matt Cassel but didn't make the playoffs that year despite 11 wins.  The year they won 7 games with Cam as QB might have been his best coaching job with one of the worst rosters in the league.  I remember listening to Simmons' podcast that year and he said something like he had never seen a QB look like they were spiking the ball when throwing it 8 yards lol and it was true Cam was done then and he still managed 7 wins with that team.

I think his best attribute is coaching up average to below average players to be very good in his system.  It was '04 when they played the Eagles and the secondary was absolutely devastated by injuries they had Troy Brown playing slot corner and a random player named Earthwind Moreland off the practice squad with a few games left in the regular season was a starting cb that SB.

The past couple of years and this year they've been consistently a couple plays away from winning games they've lost which would have probably have been wins if Brady was the QB but he had them in position to potentially win.
