We have Buffalo chicken wing dip and Buffalo nachos , hot and sweet  Italian sausage,  party pizza,  blue cheese pizza ,50 crispy and saucy Wings ( 25 Hot / 25 Garlic Parm ) .

Gonna wanna wait till the game starts do a live betting to see how Cincinnati's offensive line handles the defense pressure on Burrow  and then I'll decide which way I'm going to go if they are knocking burrow down lots of pressure I will go La pay extra juice!

It has to be made with local Rooties Bleu cheese,( very hard to find now )  local sorrento mozzarella, + fresh Dicammilo's dough , ..

 You ever had a italian beef sandwich westie?

An italian beef is really good for a SuperBowl party to,all you gotta do is keep the gravy simmering and just throw in some beef when you need a quick sandwich or two.Or when some people come late,it ain't like its something like a roast or something that is done at 1 particular time,and if your late the food is cold.You can make a sandwich all day long.You can down a couple loaded sandwich's down before the game,or you can do like my fat *ss likes to do is just have a little sandwich every hour on the hour.Have a sandwich and a beer,get a beer when out,and when out of that beer,get another beer and another sandwich,and then kinda work my way on from there.

That's what westie should do for next years tailgate party,set up a raffle grab bag thing.Where everyone sends a food dish or party favor from the part of the country their from,to whoever enters and picks their name.Guys from Buffalo send wings or bleu cheese pizza,guys from philly send philly cheese steaks,guys from Chicago send italian beef or pizzas,guys from northern california send some buds,guys from miami or south florida send some blow,guys from texas send a brisket,guys from tenn send some whiskey,now if you could get all that stuff together,now thats a party.COVERSPALOOZA2023

Oh, its not just an italian sandwich westie,its so much more.Its what Chicago should be famous for foodwise,not pizza or hotdogs.If your ever in Chicago you gotta go to a good beef stand and try one,you'll be hooked.You can get it either "hot" which are called giardiniera peppers,or "sweet " which is sweet peppers in the oil.Then if you want it juicy you can get it "wet" or even "dipped" which is the whole sandwich bread and all dipped in the gravy,its a mess,but its f*ckin good.
