I liked the under Monday night but bet the damn Steelers for a lot more should have stayed away knowing I wanted to bet this Monday night game coming up...........bankroll now stands at +$45,902............ with this 6 team 6.5 pt teaser pending 49ers +3.5, Falcons +13, $6,000 to win $5,000...............I will hit it...........
I have been waiting for this Monday night match-up since the Falcons blew out the Jags on Thursday night.........should have known you gotta be careful on capping weeks 15 thru 17 because of all the playoff implications...........
Saints vs Falcons..........the Saints are coasting winning & covering 6 straight games & are looking for the 1st round bye & #2 spot but to earn it, the 49ers need to lose a game which didnt happen on Monday night vs the Steelers so the Saints will be waiting to see how the 49ers do vs the hot Seattle team on Sunday...............
I have the 49ers losing to red hot Seattle & putting pressure on the Saints to win on Monday night & take control of the #2 spot but it wont happen, the Falcons will win SU.............
The Falcons got back on track having to play a soft Jags team in disarray.............with 10 days rest, the Falcons should go toe to toe with the Saints & actually beat them SU.............Saints are undefeated at home but that changes Monday night...............oh, lets not forget how the Falcons lost last season in week 16 at home on Monday night which allowed the Saints to get into the playoffs..............what goes around, comes around.................
I will wait for the Falcons ML & will be placing $5,000 on it............will also be placing $15,000 on the spread & I see it at +6.5 but will wait for +7...........I wont be buying back this bet so dont ask............
Take the Falcons big on the spread & ML......................
I will also be playing the Seahawks ML, Giants ML & Chargers ML..............
Tail or fade, its up to you, I did lose some big bets this past week...........

Believe me I agree 100%. This is a make or break game for Atlanta in terms of showing if they are a perennial playoff team, and they will surely be motivated to get revenge back from that loss earlier to the saints. Lets just hope the NFL doesn't fix the game for the saints otherwise Atlanta will win SU

PTB I wish you the BOL but I think you are wrong. As posted in your other thread regarding that teaser, NO is not a team you want to fade on Prime Time in their house. Lucky for you, you are at least getting 13 points as it stands right not. Atl ML is a HUGE mistake IMO. Saints have everything to play for! They are behind SF for #2 seed only due to conf record tie break and whether SF wins or loses @ Sea, they will need to win to either take the lead or keep pace. You are 100% wrong when you say they will be watching to see what the Niners do @ Sea if you think that will determine their strategy or focus in their own game. They will bring it, they will play this game to win regardless for the very reason I stated. They have everything to play for and so their mentality going in is they will want to win just as much as Atl. Their offense is rolling big time right now at the right time of the season and I expect them to continue for as long as they NEED to. Atl 9-5 is in good position for one of the Wild Card spots along with Det enjoying a 2 game lead over the nearest chasers (NYG, Chi, Ari, Sea - all 7-7) They would like to win, but this is not a MUST WIN game. Their backs are not against the wall. They will do their best but I do not believe they can win in NO, in that atmosphere, with those fans, against a Saints team who also will want to win. Sure, Atl got a good win at home last game, but that was against a crap Jack team. Don't think that "impressive" performance means too much vs NO in their house. Atl is NOT better than NO. I will take NO all day long vs Atl in NO with both teams equally wanting to win but neither team in MUST WIN mode. If this game were @ Atl, I would absolutely agree with you, but then the point spread would be different too. NO on MN in the dome; the crowd is going to be going crazy as usual and NO will feed off of it and I would not be at all surprised if it's a complete blow-out. That's my opinion, take it for what it's worth. I know you have your mind made up anyway and as mentioned, I sincerely wish you the BOL regardless.

Funny how the Ravens lose Sunday night with one of the Harbaughs coaching & on Monday night the other Harbaugh wins............the NFL would never have both brothers lose back to back on tv & I cant believe I didnt figure that out before the game..................
As for the Atlanta game, this is the game that makes or breaks them & knowing the Falcons took a dump last season in week 16 to let the Saints in the playoffs, I see the favor returned...............

I understand your argument but the Ravens & Steelers were in a spot to win & control their own destiny for the #1 spot, instead the Steelers are sitting at #5 looking up what a bunch of clowns............the NFL isnt cut & dry Tom, you will be surprised.............

It's no problem. I am only trying to help out with some insight. I have been killing it in Prime Time games hitting my last 6 in a row. NYG @ Dal, SL @ Sea, Jack @ Atl, Dal @ TB, Balt @ SD, Pit @ SF. That is no bullshit and I'm not bragging, I am illustrating a valid point. Your last argument doesn't indicate an understanding of what I'm trying to clue you in to. If you look at my winning picks: they are all based on PlayOff Motivation. NYG, Sea, Atl, Dal (@TB), SD were ALL MUST WIN GAMES for those teams to have a chance for the playoffs. Any of those teams lose their last games and their play off hopes would have been virtually destroyed or severely damaged. Their opponents either had no playoff motivation (SL, Jack, TB), or were NOT in MUST WIN MODE (Dal -home vs NYG leading the division, Balt). Dal and Balt wanted to win, but they were not backed into a corner like the proverbial dangerous wild animal and absolutely needing to win. Pit @ SF was not a must win game for either. That was a WANT TO win for both, therefore I took the home team whose motivation was no better and no worse than the road team. SF coming off their ugly loss at Ari had more to prove than Pit in that situation. Do you see know what I'm talking about now? Not busting your balls here, just trying to share information. As mentioned, BOL!

I am going to need a deep look into the playoff picture so I can see which teams are in Must win and which can afford to lose. The NFL is a big puzzle and you have to predict what viewers want to see, which will equal more money.. aka Tim Tebow will win the division and the game against buffalo 100%.
I have been following the Falcons all season, they cost me huge money vs the game in Houston, but realistically they lost the game themselves, trust me. Atlanta always keeps their games with N.O really close and quite frankly, a touchdown is way too much to be laying in a divsion game. This is the healthiest Atl has been all year, theyre finally showing their offense and defense swagger, and have been rolling through each quarter since halftime vs Carolina. Matt Ryan is very good in a dome, and the monday night game may even be to Atlanta's favor as they will certainly show up. N.O on the other hand is just as healthy and they have been playing good ball. They just beat Minny, Tenn and Detroit their previous 3 and a certainly due for a letdown or at least a non-cover. This game wont be your casual Saints blowout at home, and look for a good monday night trench battle. Here's hoping my Falcons get it done, with a 10 day rest and huge revenge motivation back on the Saints.

Anyway, just read what I said, sleep on it and read it again tomorrow. Understand what I'm saying, and then reply if you like. Just to be clear, Dal was involved in two of my examples. Once at home vs NYG when they were leading the division and that was a MUST WIN for NYG but not Dal. After Dal lost that game, their next game @ TB became a MUST WIN game. I realized after I typed my post that mentioning Dal in two different situations in two different games might be confusing. That's all I'm going to say about it. BOL

Shooter, I looked at the AFC west picture & the Broncos can actually lose to Buffalo & win week 17 at the Chiefs & no matter what the other teams do, they still win the division for having the better division record.
Go Falcons................

Tom, I had the Giants that Sunday night knowing they had to win to tie up the division record with Dallas...........
The worst I see the Falcons doing is losing but covering.............

no opinion on the ml, but neither atl or no is in a must win situation, so that point is invalid.
Uh, if you're referring to me you need to reread my 1st post because I said exactly that. You either misread my post or you are referring to someone else. Funny thing too, I just reread every post on this thread so far and no one else said it was a must win situation for either team either so I must assume you did in fact misread my post.
"Atl in NO with both teams equally wanting to win but neither team in MUST WIN mode" (copied and pasted from my post)
therefor, your "point is invalid" statement is invalid.
