Bills @ Dolphins

I was hoping to get some discussion going in regards to this matchup. I am leaning Dolphins in their home opener, partly based on them coming off of losing as a fave to a league bottom feeder, while the Bills conversely are playing their first road game (Tyrod Taylor) after a very emotional game against a hated rival last Sunday. I see the situation to be a favourable one for the Dolphins.

I would love to hear the picks and opinions of you fellas.

The Buffalo Bills have been masterful against Miami Dolphin's offense the past three seasons with Ryan Tannehill under center. The Fins starting QB is just 1-5 against the Bills in his career and never threw for more than 241 yards in those six games.

Hate to see you against my Bills PB but best of luck to you. As we say as Bills fans.....Squish the Fish

Thanks for the feedback CC but i'm not against anyone at the moment. Just here looking for feedback, partly as a gambler but also as a football fan as I am very much looking forward to watching this game Sunday. Just a lean at the moment, but if I do fall that way thanks for the well wishes, even though you don't really mean it lol. 

Hopefully we can get people other than Bills and Dolphins fans in here helping to breakdown this game.

 Any opinion on the total? I see we may are presently looking at the possibility of a thunderstorm for this game, of course that can change but right now it is on the radar. I have Shady as one of my fantasy backs so I am hoping your boys will be putting points on the board regardless.

Not a fan of either team, but I agree with it being Buffalos first road game and Taylor's first road start, I would lean Dolphins as well.

Also Dolphins have to go to England next week. Teams are 1-6 ATS in games before the trip. I think Bills plays Dolphins tough and Rex will have something. Not sure if this is a strong lean for me though.

The thing is I rather take the 3 points or so on the Bills. Other factors to consider are that Dolphins have injuries and may be without Cameron and even Lamar Miller. I think for any static pool, if Cameron and/or Miller are out, that makes it that much easier to take Bills.

phins fan for quite some time. They look like a complete mess. Suh has been pretty useless as of late.  I feel like this game is going to be close down to the wire as the bills usually have our number. 
I have teased the bills 10 points along with the seahawks and rams... If the phins do win, it wont be by more than a TD in my opinion.

The Dolphins have the better QB but have failed to run the ball effectively..Last week Ryan Tannehill threw 44 passes I think and also the Dolphins Defense have not played Lockdown Defense like many people thought before the season..I Know Cameron Wake has a hamstring injury and Their LT Branden Albert is expected to miss Sunday and his backup Jason Fox struggled vs the Jags...

Earthwake said they would be in trouble if Albert on the OL doesnt play.  He has already been ruled out and protects his blindside.

No they don't. They play the Jets in London next week.

Albert is doubtful. I would not lay a cent on the Fins if he does not play. They beat the Bills last year without Albert, but still this is as 50/50 of a game as you can get.

Some good stuff here, thanks guys. Looks like we all pretty much agree this is one of those 100% coin flip games. Richie Incognito returns to the scene of the bullying scandal. He admits this game has special meaning to him. He didn't give us the old fake just another game bullcrap. I'm really excited to watch this game Sunday.

one way traffic on the bills lol. i don't recall road teams having a great record historically in miami this early in the season 

last year, i remember even the pats wilted in the south florida heat in the 4th quarter. bills will probably get even when they have to play their next game in a snowstorm. (how are these 2 teams in the same division again? lol)

These are exactly the games miami wins.They never cover high spreads like last week.bills and Rex are in big trouble sunday.tannehill has thrown for 7 touchdowns in his 3 games in miami against buffalo.I expect that number to grow.Miami 31-13.

The Bills aren't just coming off one emotional home game, but two emotional, hyped up home games.  Phins just the opposite, whose first two games seem to have been "sleepwalks" with perceived lesser opponents.

I'm a believer in "teams don't want to go down to Miami in Sep/Oct because of the heat and humidity."

All that said, probably staying away cause "defense travels"..

I like the Dolphins as long as their defense actually shows up and makes big plays.  Rex is an idiot and I couldn't believe it when I heard that Taylor would be the starting QB.  He just likes athletic QBs who can make things happen but this isn't college and that doesn't work in enough NFL games.  I think the Bills might be slightly deflated from losing to the Pats also.  They really thought they could take the game.

It's not a let down spot for Buff. It's a divisional game and it's only wk3. They'll be up especially coming off a divisional loss versus NE. Last weeks game was never close but Buff gained some momentum in the 2h. I think Tyrod Taylor builds off that and has a good performance. Also not 100% sold on Franks. Love his story but in a potential fg game I'll take pts and the ex dolphin veteran.
